@@rotwart What they fail to understand that this might come back at them later. I know they know they're being recorded and that they thought they could get away with anything. If someone reports an offence or crime they're obliged to respond and inform their superiors about that. They represent the authorities in that situation, and as such, they must maintain public trust, something they have failed. The officer in the civil car came directly because of the activists, so he wasn't interrupted by SADB in any way.
Passive presence of authorities tolerating offences is the best way to erode common morale. Have a nice day and learn some good manners, madam.

Policemen are in service of the citizens in Russia, I suppose, and as such, anyone can impersonate them.

A police van also pulled up later. They sent the whole police department out because some dudes didn't let people drive on a sidewalk. Im sure the local criminals were really happy that day lmao

That policeman's attitude has a clear message: "I don't care about you, I can do whatever I want and I can get away with it." This is his way to power-trip over "ordinary" people.
The only solution to this superiority complex is to file in official complaints about him and make sure that he is either seriously warned or punished. Only then he can come to the realization that it is him serving the public, not the other way around.
If there is a form of accountability, a good way is to continually collect this kind of video evidence to the public. The public will know about this and perhaps somebody will start asking questions to these public servants. This tactic only works in a system of "public servants" and "institutional accountability".
