Friendly tip, at certain altitudes the Mach value becomes nonsensical. At your peak you were going "Mach 10" but had a ground speed of 5300 knots. I managed to get about 5700 knots going Mach 9.8 at 104k feet. The specific altitude changes depending on how warm the air is, from what I can tell.
The speed of sound decreases with temp. Hence, the TAS of a given Mach decreases until you hit the Tropopause, at which case it remains relatively constant until exiting into the warmer layer above. For this reason, in an airliner, the fastest TAS is obtained at the VMO/mmo crossover point (typically around FL290-300 for ISA. Ground speed includes wind component, so you’ve gotta account for that if you have no TAS gauge. Regardless, MACH is not meaningless, regardless of its varying TAS, as MACH is the factor affecting engine, airfoil, and structure aerodynamics and limitations (center of lift, shockwave, compressibility, thrust/drag, fuel consumption). It’s also used for ETAs and traffic flow by ATC.
