Now that I'm mostly on the other side of this long journey of a 5-lug swap and 4-wheel disc conversion, I look back and evaluate if I made the right move trying to 5-lug swap a Fox Body with Ford Ranger Rotors. Weighing both whether it was worth it for me, and if it could be worth it for you if you're trying to make that decision as well.
