@Mike Hewitt - I’ve always thought that it took some balls for Slash to allow a guy of Fortus’ skill level into the band. I don’t think you see that very much … rock star egos just don’t allow it. But Slash had so much rock swagger and confidence - and original chops; it didn’t even occur to him that he should worry about something like that.

I don't like Fortus additions to this song, his guitar tone is horrible. And his mix level is double that of slash. Give me the old appetite line up any day. GNR have lost there way live.
Axl Rose WILL ALWAYS BE COOL ,As I am concerned especially what he had to overcome to became a Rock Star. He is the Coolest Rock Star of My Generation 1987-88 and probably the Undisputed greatest EVER!!!

Awesome show. It’s weird, when I was there I really didn’t notice Axls voice. But when I watch videos online it almost sounds like a different person. Weird.
Disappointed there was no rasp on the last one, but I still had a great time at the show. He was at his best the first 4-5 songs, but then the rasp was pretty rare.
@Muyklo - at the beginning of the show my weather app indicated the temp was 87, but "feels like 94." Needless to say, it was hot AF in that place. I drank three bottles of water and still was dehydrated by the end of the show. Not to mention, most of "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" has a slow, mellow groove.
