I dropped my bike at super low speed at a gas station, my foot slipped on some oil or something. I went down slow with the bike I thought for sure no damage would be done but my rear brake pedal snapped right off. They make everything so light weight on these bikes so it’s all easy to break. Had to replace the whole rear set. I was angry but it is what it is, still love my bike
I have a 2007 zx6r. I love my bike, it is very good at mid range and top end speed but the take off is so poor. I have added a powere commander and i also removed the stock slip on and replaced it with a yoshimura. It sounds much better and feels more powerful but a more aggressive take off would be perfect.
I like the ZX6R and the Civic Si in the background 😀. I had a 2013 white Civic Si...totaled it and now have a gray 2015 Si. Had a 2019 ZX6R and now have a 2020 ZX6R (long story on that).

Ld Nelson As for Zx6r and zx10r. Not just yet but the ninja 400 yes. In red too 🙌🏼. I get the emails from Kawasaki when all the new shit or rebates start rolling out
You sound like me. I've got 17k miles on my 400 in 15 months time. My next bike will likely be a 2018 or 2019 Zx6R and I'm sure I'll ride it just as much, if not more, than my current bike.
I daily my 2019 R3 and I kinda wish I didn’t cause now I’ve got 11k miles on it and I’m trying to sell it so I can get a 636. I’m afraid I won’t be getting much money for it but it was a ton of fun so I guess it was worth it
Would love to get one of these but the position is too aggressive for it to be my only bike. Looking forward to the vlogs. Someone with a 6R needs to do em for sure.
Stem mount version. Even though the hole isn’t round it will still fit. Or you can. House the d-loop version too. On the handle bar which I actually stated to prefer

Just 1 question.. How many hours have you been on this at a stretch.. I ride about 7 hrs on a weekend on my ninja 400.. But the seating positions between this and that are way different
Took a trip from Austin tx to south padre island tx 350ish mile route. 5-6 hour drive/ride. Only got off for gas ever hour otherwise could have easily went 3-4 hours. For some reason the seat is soft as hell and overall seating position is better then the 18-19 r6-r1, for roads trips but still keeping it aggressive when ripping around on track day weekends. The 400 ninja I rented in California for a week was fun but with the really soft suspension. made it rough to ride over time
John P. Welll as of right this minute I just got back from a 400 mile trip each way to south Padre tx from Austin tx so 800+ miles. And I can say 30-45 mins you’ll feel wrist and hands tingle or start to go numb but that’s when riding on mainly highways going in the hill country hitting all the turns your constantly shift weight so I’d say after an hour depend of how your setting you’ll barely start to fell it as. Far as neck pain rarely get it. Like I felt it after the 4hour marking taking that trip but I was going 80-105mph the whole way so all that wind made it worse from the crappy wind screen the Zx6r has its very low profile So it’s not all that much aggressive. But then again I’m only 5’7 130-170lb Height can play a big factor in how comfy the bike is person to person

Rydatime yes I’ve wanted it for a long time. I had a 600 years ago and when I sold it when my daughter was born I promised myself if I ever had a chance to get another bike it would be a 1000

Me personally I was keeping it below 10k More so short shifting bc the 636 has some good power down low. And the 600mile break in is for people that want to baby it in my opinion. Mine is fine still at 20k miles and it lives in the higher rpms now like 8-14k

10,038.27$ was after fees etc They’re cost is roughly 7,800-8k for the unit I was a old employee from the place but even then 6 months ago I went to another dealership and talked them down to 10,400$ out the door for a 2020 orange but went for a different bike that came out a few days before sealing the deal. As of now msrp on the Zx6r went up 1,500 I believe so looking more like 11,500 now
@@monochrome5.0 wait I thought the MSRP for the bike was $9999 even when it just came out.
Yeah now the msrp is more kawi sees all the other 600’s are falling off so they will have the market or be the last ones standing plus stunters like them
What stem mount is that?
Ram mount. Had to kinda just make it fit
Thanks man
How much down $ for one of these ?
AleLs3 Got mine for 10,073.00 out the door in Texas back in February.
I’m 5 foot 4 is it too tall for someone like me?
You might be able to touch the Just tips of your feet on each side but you should be able to atleast have one foot down at a stop which is actually what I do
This, R6, or Gsxr-750?
Just bought a new r6 last sunday stay tuned I’ll be answering that They all have their pros
@@monochrome5.0 sweet!
Your bike has ABS?
I got the non abs
@@monochrome5.0
I’m about to get the 2022 non ABS because my dealer doesnt have ABS model.
So did you have any problems without ABS at all ?
Not really it’s a good safety next to keep you from endoing but you can still tuck the front even with abs. I’ve since then sold this bike went on to buy a ktm890r ,R6 and now Aprilia Rs 660 and I’ve taken out or disabled abs on all of them but then again im starting to track them more often
Do you skip puberty? Nah just jokes good review none the less 👌🏻
Haha man just turned 22 and still act and sound like a kid 😂. And appreciate it
Does it come with a usb port? Sweet Sweet bike
Thomas Waibel nah that’s an add on you’ll have to do But super easy
Some big ole chicken strips on them there tyres padre.
Lol yeah back then I didn’t know what they were now I’m able to scrub them all the way even on a 200/55 rear and front. Learned a lot since then #track days
Change the screen double bubble
John V placed the order yesterday 2-6 weeks wait time. There wasn’t a production run on them for the 19
damn you put on 10k miles in like 4 months?
RUclips User Lol I’ll hit 18 by this weekend 😂
@@monochrome5.0 brooo lol. 18k miles in a year on a MOTORCYCLE? you ride that shit cross country every month??
@@monochrome5.0 Also did you get this bike 10k out the door? or they hit you with all the fees on top of the 10k?
RUclips User Lmao I do photography for a living and lately my schedule is set so I’m free a lot of the weekdays so, therefore I ride out in the hill country a lot I officially hit over 18k today btw.
And I paid 10,036.29$ (CASH)out the door. For the abs model so they hooked it up selling me it for the vase model price. Fees and all
@@monochrome5.0 Congrats man keep it up! I just picked my 2019 ZX6R (also grey) this weekend and I LOVE it.
You got a really killer deal. ABS TOO?? what a steal. Got mine 10k out the door but its the base model (which Im fine with and used to)
10 thousand miles already?????? Where you be riding to??????
most likely a lot of highways. I've noticed the parked car had texas plates so he must of did a lot of commuting
Currently not working a 9-5 job , so I tend to ride out 35-40 to the Texas semi hill county to take a 120ish mile round trip route 3-4 days. As well as daily ride 15 miles a day just to the gym alone Then maybe 25 miles of running errands. That’s about it
Rydatime .. thx for answering that cuz I wondered too.. lol I have about 350 miles on mine and I’m closing in on the 600 mile service.
And what not
😂
Bro Why didn't you choose Daytona 675 ???
And Why zx-6r ??
Bc the inner cool kid in me wanted a full fairing bike and I couldn’t stand the bug like head lights on the 675. Then again I got this bike for 10k otd cash Which was already good enough for me. I couldn’t wait for the extra bit of cash to come for the 675. And tbh I’m glad I got the 636. Bc since then Ive ridden several naked bikes and even though I liked them I prefers the full fairing bikes for the fast pace stuff
Simple answer buddy the guy loves the bike.... so do i
Lv kawasaki sexy n, Brutal.
