CTGP-7 - Super Mario 64 Secret Slide v2.0

- Go down the slide and try to get your best time! There is a little airy surprise at the end though :P
This custom track uses the honeybee hive air current to go from the bottom of the slide to the top. The issue is that the game only allows for a single air current object to be used at the same time, so the game had to be patched so multiple of them can be loaded. This fact makes the custom track only be playable in CTGP-7.
There are still some minor tweaks to do, like improving the end of the glider section as the turn is too tight. Some online beta testing will also be needed to check if the air current objects work fine. As soon as everything is done, this custom track will replace the current version in CTGP-7.

not even joking I suggested using the honeybee hive cannon system for this track last year and low and behold its actually in ctgp7 now

I love this new version of the course! Much better pacing now. It was so annoying to fall off at the end and respawn, especially whenever I had a good item. I just wish the course ended with you driving through a window pane image of Peach instead. Wouldn't that be a great homage??
Having four of those air currents absolutely *murders* the pacing of the track. Can you edit them somehow to move your landing position further along or is it a fixed distance, because I feel like you should only really need one but if that isn't possible then I don't know how it could be changed.

well if thats your choice, then be prepared to see some controversies on that section quite a bit when it comes out, and then people will keep telling you that it needs to be changed, otherwise people won't play on this track very often like with the old Secret Slide
In my honest opinion, it's a good concept to have the air flow object from a battle map on a race track, but having 4 of them instead of having only one just ruins the pace of the track, and this could've very easily been a cannon section in place of it. Easy solution to consider in the future, but then again, its your call, and people won't be happy when something goes wrong with this air flow object concept on a race track.
I think it's pretty funny bouncing your way to the end and other comments like it too

I can't play CTGP because something happened with the game and ever sence 1.37 I've even getting told that my luma with plugin loader is out dated and despite updating it gives me the same error when I try to launch it. Is there something you can do help me? I'd appreciate that.

Yup. New custom characters like Funky Kong and Ice Flower Mario, improved tricks which give longer boosts, new multiplayer server (old one broke), Discord server shows active CTWW and countdown rooms, CTWW and countdown have seperate VRs, and much more.
