@@Johnnyscarcarereviews i'm sure they'll do it, but make sure they properly bleed the system. Had an 03 grand am that was perfectly fine until one day random over heating, opened the cap, blew all the coolant out, shop verified the head gasket was still good, happened a few more times after that, then I made them swap all the coolant and properly bleed the system, over heating never came back. Air in your coolant system can cause overheating as the pressure will keep the fluid from flowing to the engine.
Nice shop. So the only thing you are trying is a low temp thermostat, no fluid swap?
Fluid swap also. Last step will be to add fans to pull the hot air out faster

stupid question, but you're positive you don't have a blown head gasket, clog in your coolant system, or an air bubble in the system?
Great questions actually. The head gasket is new but the engine has new coolant but the front intercooler has old coolant so its getting swapped.
