Been a Metallica fan since 88, and I admit I absolutely love the load and reload albums!!
If this was played with Jason, it would be unstoppable. It was already good, but man, hearing Jason or at least seeing him perform would have been amazing. He should have been on stage for at least some of these.
fixxxer was the highlight of that weekend for me
when the intro started it registered right away for me as dropped down to my seat almost fainted as i screamed FIXXXER THEY ARE PLAYING FIXXXER, but it took most of the crowd a few seconds to register hence the delay reaction when they realized the intro.
It took me some time watching the show live that it was Fixxxer!
I think they did a great job considering they've never played it live. Regarding James voice, it is how it is. We all would want he could sing like in the '90-s, but considering what he's been through.
i will love more people get the chance to experience this awesome song live but i see it very unlikely, they fixed the vocals a bit for this video but of you were there or you watched the livestream you know james struggled during this song, which surprised me he agreed to play it for us. i say maybe in a few years they will do it again, maybe rework it into a acoustic song or something like that
Wish Fxxxer premiered on S&M² ...
And I think they could play it maybe on more time (possibly in D tuning) because of the 25th Reload anniversary this year

fun fact... the metontour version of fixxxer... is heavily fixxxed 😂

@@ChainsawReacts its mostly the vocals, its most evident in the parts i know he struggled lets say 3:30 to 4:00 from the metontour version, if you have the amazon version of the show compare that part with what we got today.
the fixxxed version will make many wonder where is the struggle everyone keep talking about.
like i said on the forums, for years i have complained because sometime after 2017 they started to fix fuck ups on their livemetallica audios which sucks because those fuck ups are what make some shows unique but in this one im not complaining, i know why they did it, they are trying to provide us with a better listening experience, specially this been the debut of a ultra super deepcut.
