Great stuff fellers. I think that Pears deserves enourmous credit . Ewood Park can be a very difficult place to play once the fans are on your back. Especially as a keeper with the Blackburn End stood right behind you for 45 minutes. Massive pressure and it takes a hell of alot of mental strength to respond how he has. He deserves our support . Up the Rovers !
Great podcast be honest I can only listen to these when we don't get beat 😢 Brilliant to see us starting to playing some brilliant full thrust football ⚽️ Again as you said the last two games where like the best days of JDT . Stoke game should of been 5-2 minimum .. Full throttle football looking good and the first Cardiff goal was one of the best goals scored by rovers in the past 30 years!
I was not impressed by the West Brom performance, too negative in my opinion, yet we managed to get a point. I thought we played well against Watford and only got beat by a very dodgy penalty. We did not deserve anything against Sheffield who were a much better side. Strangely I enjoyed the Stoke game it was just unfortunate that we came across a goalkeeper who made so many outstanding saves. I thought we played well as a team until Hedges was substituted. I do not agree that Dolan made a positive difference. Granted he had a very good shot but apart from that what did he do to improve the performance? He passed back too much, dribbled aimlessly across the pitch and did his usual pirouettes that slow the game and confuse his team mates. I thought the performance against Cardiff was great, not just a good result but entertaining to watch as well. There seemed to be a plan with everyone knowing and playing their part to perfection. Onwards and upwards.
I don't understand this seemingly unconditional support for Gueye from you guys at this point. Especially from Mike who's very willing to (rightly) give Sam Gallagher pelters for his inability score for Rovers, even retrospectively in these podcasts, on an almost weekly basis. You talk about Gueye as if he's some proven Championship striker who's just going through a rough patch, or a Rovers stalwart with years of loyalty and good work in the community under his belt, instead of what he is, a European football journeyman whose only been here 5 minutes and shown absolutely nothing in 14 games. Using phrases like "he's had this run of games where he's not scored" inaccurately implies before that he was banging them in for us. Using the game against Stockport (a League 1 team in the cup, which was so long ago we still had Sammie Smzodics in that team) as your only point of reference as proof he's a decent player. Then, trying to pretend Leonard's miss was similar to Gueye's (it wasn't, he had the keeper to beat, get a solid, directed head on it and Leonard's barely out the Youth team, none of which apply to Gueye and his chance) as proof Makhtar is somehow being victimized is just silly. Makhtar Gueye is great to bring on when we're 2 goals ahead and you need a lump up the field you can boot it to and is likely to win the ball and hold it up for a bit to waste a bit of of time but that's about it
Big Mak could go and come off as a target man with nippy poacher to feed off him He's enthusiastic has passion and let's pray for him not destroy his confidence

Mike 😂😂😂😂😂
This is where we talk about international football……
Right that’s enough for international football 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Hahaha no one cares do they?! Lol
Cracked me up that!
Great point about them being a team of writer offs both as individuals and a collective. There’s no greater motivator than the old siege mentality.

Oh Duncan, you’re missing out. It’s a good and much needed therapy session when we lose!
Great to see you’ve passed the 1000 subscriptions (11300 today 12th) well deserved 👏👏👏
11,000? We wish 😂 but cheers pal!
@ 🙄 meant 1300 😂😂

😂 it was a tough gig!
As for the stick gueye is getting I'm sure he'll come good look at Diaz. Plus I trust eustace in he decision to play him.
No comment about Cantwell playing up front with Ohashi. Took the pressure off Ohashi.
You’re not wrong! Could rave about him most games atm
Stoke 3 word reaction - Not Our Gueye - a bit late with that one!
😂😂😂😂

Marcus - are you happy to have been proved wrong by a 7 year in relation to Pears 😉😂
Not my name. He’s wrong, he thinks he’s the second coming of Friedel.
@MarkHitchen86 😂😂😂 leave him alone, he is his idol!

Gueye also assisted Wiemann’s goal against Burnley
I thought we were relatively negative about him this week. We'll approach this next week!
Big Mak could go and come off as a target man with nippy poacher to feed off him
He's enthusiastic has passion and let's pray for him not destroy his confidence
Even Stoke fans are baffled they won
To bounce back after Stoke shows courage and mental strength
