I used a soldering iron called "HAKKO FX-600". I don't own it, but I found it in the workroom of Yusha Kobo where I assembled lily58. This is a reliable maker and I can recommend this tool.
No. I was also a beginner, but I was able to build it. The point is to work carefully and read the build guide carefully and it will work. It's a lot of fun so I definitely want you to try it.😆
Daihuku Keyboard thanks for replying! I’ve been wanting to try an ortho split keyboard for a while now. The lily58 seems like the perfect price. I may give it a go!

i have a question, i need to flash the two pro micros separately?, and if it is, i is the same process for both?, i have questions on that, and, can i flash the pro micros before soldering anything? (just the pro micro without the keyboard) thanks!
TRRS has 4 cores and TRS has 3 cores. Some keyboards only support TRRS. If both are supported, it doesn't matter which one you use. It is necessary to read the document such as the build guide to check the compatibility status.
I'm sorry, I can't sell my keyboard to you. However, Japanese keyboard shops offer a service to build for you. If you are interested, please visit the site yushakobo.jp/shop/assembly-service/
A jumper required when using OLED. There are two pads in pairs, four sets of them, for a total of eight pads. This is soldered to join the pairs together.

As a beginner in soldering would it be wise to stay away from this?

I still can cannot get my Oleds to work. Everything else works though.
Awesome build! What are the keycaps you are using? I can't find anything similar...
You can find it by searching for kailh choc keycap.
Hey bud, don't know if you found any but here ya go

●USB-typec
Columnar Staggered
Daihuku Keyboard

ProMicro must be flashed separately. Both are the same process. You can flash before soldering.
