It's not "memory" but just "knowledge" - the same way you have knowledge of your own language. I don't have a great memory. Nobody could learn Korean by memorizing it. You learn it temporarily like this, but then you "learn" it more long-term by practicing it and speaking. All of these tips I give, I just learned from using the language and getting the "feel" of it. I think if you think of it as a regular language, not as "memorizing," learning Korean is not such a difficult thing to do ;-) It's just about time and how much you use it.

How would you ask for a choice if you are using "want' then? (e.g. "Do you _want_ to go on Friday or Saturday?")
You can use the other form, or you can just use the (을/ㄹ)래요 form or any future tense form.
금요일이나 토요일에 갈래? I think.
What options do you have if you want to present three or more choices?
These same ones. But you probably won't ever need to do that, because it can just sound long. We don't do that in English much either unless it's necessary.
What would you use to say “I don’t like coffee or tea.” The point it is addressing is that I dislike both these things.
So how would I put this as a sentence?
빌리 선생님, 안녕하세요! 저 궁금한 게 있어요. How does it work if there's both 거나 and 아니면 in the same sentence. Like: "집에 가거나 아니면 친구를 만날 거예요"? (From TTMIK lvl 6 lesson 18) How do you interpret whether the speaker has a preference or not? Would it mean something like; "I'll go home, or something (no preference either way). And if not, then I'll meet my friends."

Could (이)나 be used with 그냥?
Like in the sentence: 할 것도 없어서 그냥 티비나 벌 거예요. (Since I have nothing to do I'll just watch TV or something)
Sure, 그냥 can be used anywhere in informal situations.
Can you tell what is the difference between 덮치다 and 치다? Please 🙏🏻
덮치다 means like a raid, 치다 means just hit

Hi Billy! How would you use these forms with more than 2 options? For example: Are we going to meet on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday? Would this be something like, "월요일이나 화요일이나 수요일 만날까요?" or "월요일 아니면 화요일 아니면 수요일 만날까요?" Seems a little redundant to keep repeating 이나 and 아니면.
Keep in mind (이)나 and 아니면 have different nuances, so you'd use whichever one you mean - perhaps the first one. But it's just as repetitive sounding in English to present 3+ choices to someone at once, because it's usually not necessary to be that specific. Usually in English we'd just say "When are we going to meet?"

You use them just like you would 아니면 to mean OR, I guess. But I’m not sure if it’s natural sounding if you split up the sentence and put the word in the beginning of the second sentence.

In this sentence example, -(이)나 seems to be pretty similar to -(이)라도. How nuanced are these two grammar?
They're different forms (remember [이]라도 is also just 이다 + 도 and has those uses too which are unrelated to [이]나). But they can have similar uses when (이)나 is used to mean "or something," in which case they're similar but different nuances. (이)라도 is used when you're presenting your 2nd preferred choice, so it's more like "at least" than it is "or something" in that case.
As native speaker, I can tell that (이)나 comes with kind of a value-lowering attitude in the sentence. On the other hand, -라도 is used to express light urgency.
밥이나 먹자.
Let's eat. (Me and my friend have done homework. We are "bored". 하는 수 없이 context.)
밥이라도 먹자.
Let's eat. (You and I are quite "hungry" due to schedule. It is kinda necessary to eat now.)

~지 않으면 is simply "if not...."
Do people often abbreviate 아니면 to 아님?
Yeah, that's common in slang. But 아님 can also be just 아니다.
please type the Korean letters (having a hard time reading the handwriting --- sorry :D )
His handwriting is very legible. Once you practice writing some Hangul yourself, then it will all be clear.
