I’ve always felt Exhibit B is Exodus’ peak when it comes to technicality, it’s got such complex riffs, amazing drum beats, the composition’s amazing, vocals are so powerful and raw, it’s definitely my favourite Exodus album, and it’s a top 10-top 5 album I’ve ever heard of any genre.
I KNEW Tom was gonna say something off Exhibit B! I swear in my head I was saying "it's gonna be something off Exhibit B" and I was 100% right! I've been listening to Exhibit A and B almost every single day nonstop for 2 months because I saw Exodus again back in April. It reawoken my love for Exodus and made it even stronger, mainly with your albums. All my recent top songs on my Spotify are all your era Exodus songs man, you're fucking incredible!!! Really wish you were back in Exodus, seriously. I fucking ADMIRE your work and time in Exodus and I will keep on screaming Iconoclasm, Bedlam 123, Children of a Worthless God, Beyond the Pale, Class Dismissed, Downfall, etc all day everyday for the rest of my life. I love Beyond the Pale... such a brutal ass song and I fucking love the way there are those sick drum rolls where all the other instruments cut out before the first and last verse... and then it just crushes your skull... so insane. Take the gun... take the knife... that shit is wicked
Great to hear from the drummer. High-energy is one thing, but I noticed he had the fundamental skill set from that set him apart from just pounding a trap set. (my brother learned drumming properly from HS band, crazy as that sounds, but through that discipline he could play complex rock-to- jazz: so I watched how proper drum rolls take incredible discipline to learn correctly). Keep up the great interviews! You bring a lot of “heavy” history with genuine authenticity with your your interaction. Always great natural humor!
I really wish rob was still on the mic for exodus , the energy he brought to the stage was beneficial to the band.
