Yes, I've posted it in some of my FB collectors groups, hoping maybe somebody might recognize the work.
I gotta ask: why is there a cowcatcher on the rear?
Short lines often had tenders with a cow catcher because they often times didn't have a Y or a turn table and ran pulling freight backwards as much as forward so they put a light and cow catcher on the tender.
