You are so Helpful it's Amazing. Im a traumatised drug addict in Treatment, so I handled my emotions in the totally wrong way so far and im a mess. The first video I saw from you was the Eye contact video, it blew me away right away, I watched multiple eye contact videos before and they didn't help at all, yours did. It rly seems like you figured this shit out to the max. It completely flows with all the information I have from psychology point of view related to processing emotions and so on and when I look at what I did and how I am at the moment it just makes sense. Thanks
I really found your video useful grabbing the big picture of my self view, but perhaps more importantly, putting myself in the other person's shoes - so that I can imagine sharing better conversations with people I either do not know or just met. That is a helpful clarity necessary for new business partnerships. Thank you, my partners will enjoy the best version of me when I apply this lifestyle change.
Just say you don’t talk about politics. The key is you feel ok about it so you don’t give an inferior/superior energy when you say it (which is what triggers others). To be assertive and polite, that’s also you. Take a moment to see if you have a point to say, the point should be your own view/opinion, say it with certainty but without needing them to respond in a certain way, then just breathe and let it be.
