Book Coaching with me: shop.beacons.ai/niu.views/EnergyCoachingwithArielNiu LSDDREAM RUclips set: ruclips.net/video/u1bAFRqh37o/видео.html How to RESOLVE CONFLICT: 1. Know and Tell our Truth 100% 2. Love Everyone (including yourself) 3. Let Go (inside and outside, them and you) TIPS: - Be CLEAR and DIRECT in delivery - Share your own thoughts + feelings (without assuming theirs) of their actions/non-actions - Speak to the ROOT / CORE of the issue - Gauge their awareness levels without being triggered - Breathe, Be Present, Stay Conscious - Practice Silence without Resentment - Stay Calm, Honest, Grateful, and Succinct when Diffusing - No Defensive nor Offensive energy - Liberation is an INNER Process - Intend their Freedom to Free yourself - Set Firm Boundaries without Resentment/Attachment - Boundaries can be set Silently - Recognize your Efforts with Compassion OUTCOME A: They also share their genuine thoughts/feelings, both openly hear/see each other, natural resolution will occur OUTCOME B: They are triggered, but if both stay composed and open, at least more clarity will be gained to come closer to resolution OUTCOME C: They are blocked. Be smart to free them and yourself. Know how to diffuse and let go FULLY for liberation All 3 outcomes = liberation if the steps and tips are carried out with confidence and balance.
I can vow for this. If you dare to follow this with everyone in your life, you will be liberated and feel more empowered. You might lose some people over it, but you will build resilience and find new people that resonate with the version of you that holds itself to these ''standards''.
Another great video from you. Just a note on the final step: it's about accepting that sometimes, even if you don't get to fully express your thoughts or resolve a conflict completely, you need to let go. You've made your effort and taken part in the process. The resolution might not feel complete and you may have regrets, but internally, you've resolved the conflict from your side.
Ariel!!! Only my second video of yours I've watched, and you made me a subscriber. Been working through a conflict with a friend and comrade of 5 year and they got triggered as hell when I gave em this treatment. Thanks for reminding me I did it right, and with love and an eye toward healing for both of us.
Thanks, this is so important for me rn during Christmas holidays with my family. This is really tricky not to get triggered by family members atm. I am practicing this ❤
Not bad, I love this:) Although I feel I am a very social and grounded person I ended up finding your social interactions handbook and it perked my curiosity so I purchased it and just read the whole thing and this is how I found this video. It turns out I have some conflict to resolve with an old friend and this is exactly what I needed to see today.
I so badly wish I seen this video before I tried to deal with family conflict. All you're saying is accurate and true, but it's hard. At least for me it's hard.
I mentioned to someone how I felt about a small situation & they became offensive. I said I was just bringing it to your attention that it bothered me & it’s fine but they haven’t spoken to me since lol.
Thank you Ariel, I love your videos. Your whole presence and content is just what I need these days. I hope your channel blows up and gets to 1M in no time! ;)
How do you not care about a bad outcome, e.g. if you have a really good day but one bad thing ruins it even if you’re trying to be optimistic you just keep fixating on it and can’t distract yourself from it? I’ve noticed all my ‘bad things’ tend to be stemming from social interaction so that makes me want to avoid it more.
Im the triggered angry one. I have not responded to the person because i want to say something mean because they said mean things but claim they weren’t trying to be hurtful but I dont know if i believe it
Can you give some examples of this in a workplace setting ? I have no idea how to not be sharp when coworkers make insensitive jokes or how to stand my ground.

Lately I've been acting in too much love, people think they can abuse my kindness but boundaries have to get set.
These approaches are not intended to work with malignant narcissism, which will defy common sense.
Most people have all the thoughts and words to do this, but the hardest is to remove the cloud of emotion.
Wow....the algorithm does get it right sometimes! Love your content and THAT voice is sublime and also powerful...

Could you portray this technique with a role-play scenario?
I added example responses for each step, but more content on this subject coming in the future and I'll infuse more role-play examples :)

“I don’t appreciate that.” Breathe, say it definitively while keeping how you feel on the inside grounded and calm.
I love your content so much
thank you
