I have a personality disorder and am wayyyy too reactive, I really need this, your content is really helpful thank you Ariel! Therapy just tells us to meditate and be less reactive without a guide for how to use/do it

Hey Aeriel...I have started being mindful recently. It's very difficult for me to control my anger but presently I am trying to do it lil bit. The problem is if I don't react outwards, I start to feel this very strange burning feeling in my stomach. I have tried deep breathing, watching comedy videos, relaxing myself but the feeling persisted for a while and returned after a few moment when my mom triggered me. This time I got irritated and had an unnecessary FIGHT with my mom...and she was like why are you so reacting 😢
