Loreless That's the case for mostly everything, colors for example went from 70's "warm little earthy, golden tones :3" to 80's "BAM BAM BRIGHT SATURED GALAXY GAUDY COLORS ==.=="
That's because we looked back at our natural 70s pictures and we said, "What were we thinking?!" So we piled on the makeup heavy with bright colors in hopes to cover up even our past 70s selves.

Whenever I put on liner, it just..disappears
I have hooded and uneven eyes and every body compliments my eyeliner, even ask me if I got them tattooed. My advise is to do your eyeliner looking straight in the mirror, not down, or else when you open your eyes, they'll disappear or get an odd shape. Since we are mostly with our eyes open, it doesn't matter if it looks funky or not straight when you close your eyes. Do you see the wrinkle at the outer corner of your eyes where your "hood" ends? Don't touch it with the liner, draw "under" it - do a curve, not a straight line and I promise it'll look awesome!! My eyeliner looks horrible when I close my eyes but no one notices LOL.

I have a suggestion! 🙋♀️ for some of your videos, make the year (For example 1960) make the person who was born in that year apply makeup, dresses, style, food etc. Let them show how they had things in that year and instead of one of the helpers apply everything (etc.) they do it!
