It's not snowing here but I'm all in for making soup. This winter. We love soups in the fall and winter time
I live in North Florida. It is beautiful here. The temp. is about 80, the sun is shining and there is a light breeze. Every morning, we wake up to 60 degrees and lately, it only get's up to 80 or 85. There is a cold front coming this weekend so will be chilly by Sunday. Soup will be a wonderful treat. Thank you so much.

Love this soup and your variations. I make it right up to adding the pasta. Put it in the fridge and after church just heat add pasta, with a side salad, toasted garlic bread and one of your amazing poke cakes, Sunday lunch ! We've always had extra cheese and sour cream to put on top

Greetings Catherine, I can’t thank you enough for the recipes that I have followed so far. I just finished this Mac and cheese soup and it’s delicious! You are truly helping me in the kitchen that I have found myself in. This is the type of dishes that I grew up with and my Lovely beautiful Wife would make. I can only speak for myself, what you do has been a blessing for me. My grown children with their own families think Pa Pa is a great cook. Lol. I tell them I just follow Catherine’s recipes. That looks yummy! Funny story, Hatch green chilies are our favorite. There was a street vendor selling what I thought was a pound or 1 1/2 pounds of roasted chilies. I bought a bag. Turned out it was 6 pounds! Good thing they freeze well

I love chicken tortilla soup. After watching you make this,I think I would instead of chili powder I would use enchiladas red sauce.Great video,San Antonio,46 degrees!

We got 75 and thunderstorms here in south east Texas.
This was a favorite at our kid's grade school, back in the 1980's.. The ladies in the school kitchen called it Shellmac ( they used small sea shell pasta). I made it with larger shells at home, my mom used different type beans in her recipe I cooked the pasta separately al dente, then added it to the pot.. Yum-o-liscious. My kids make this for their kids.. Sometimes their Nonna's recipe, sometimes mine..

Wenatchee, Wa we were blessed with 12 inches on Saturday morning, baked Christmas candy all day, and today quite a bit has melted off after church. This soup looks amazing. Good use for hamburger.

Taco Soup is our favorite with cornbread. Just like this soup just add a can of Black beans and a can of whole kernel corn. Yummy.

I have been making this for about 30 years Mmmm Good! I put Frozen C&W Corn in it at the time I’m I am cooking the onion bell pepper! This just adds more goodness to it. Give it a try next time.😘

I made this for lunch, and it was very good. The only problem was that the cheddar cheese stuck to our spoons. After eating all of this soup I decided to change it up a bit. Instead of using the canned green chili's I used some of my roasted Poblano's. That really changed it up a notch. Then on the cheddar cheese I used the Campbell's cheddar cheese in the can. I also used 2 cans, because 1 can didn't quite give it the cheesy taste I was looking for. Thanks for this recipe, because it is one that you can suit to your taste. Love it a lot!

Growing up in Indiana chili always had pasta in it. I’m going to make this in the next couple of days, really looks good! We put grated cheese in the bottom of the bowl and then add the hot chili! I live on the southern coast of NC and it was 74 degrees today which is perfect for 12-31-22.

I love soup! This looks super tasty! Unfortunately (fortunately?) I live in Northern California right by San Francisco and it’s sunny and 60 degrees for 90% of winter here. Gas may be $5 a gallon but the weather is nice 😂
