Sad...that when this country first started you could pay the governments taxes in Hemp. Go figure. Here in Colorado, big BIG commercial is moving in. As a farmer myself these new laws will only strengthen the industry...and the cities that allow them. Even with a 150k crop quarterly so much is taken out for grow supplies, water and biggest of all..Taxes. All profit the local community. If Colorado can do it..any other state may follow.

So marijuana is gonna be in the same category as cocaine where a small amount of cocaine can get you 3 years in prison. So what does that mean for weed nobody knows.
Cocaine is schedule 2. Since cannabis is being moved down to schedule 3 that means the federal government now recognize it as actual medicine. Dispensaries won't be getting raided anymore and now they can store their money in banks and take out loans whereas before banks wouldn't deal with them because of the feds.
@@LSPalm Then what is the charges if you get caught with less than 7 g of marijuana? I must have missed that in the video . Last I remember 7 g of cocaine will get you Prison.
