What if Cincinnati said "OK, we are satisfied with the current affluent to poor population in our city It's a good mix right now. We're not going to ask for any more federal money that only makes one developer rich, and then leaves us with a crime problem with people we invited in, that contribute nothing to our city." What's wrong with letting some of the wealthier cities take a turn having some HUD action?

Cheaper land means more units. Hyde Park section 8 housing 3 bedroom would have to cost double of Price Hill or Other west end units. The city needs to be ready to build a new neighborhood 75 ownership 25 rent. Accountability when they let maintenance slip

Fixing this issue won't happen overnight because folks are taught that broken homes are ok. Projects isn't just a term to describe the area, but what the government did, a project.

There are services already in the area, that will no longer be accessable if the housing is disspersed.
There are services RUNNING from such areas because of theft, violence, drug use. And you want to make it WORSE?
