    The cold, wet, windy and generally miserable weather days help one appreciate, even more, the days where the weather is warm, sunny and glorious - particularly on multi-day walks.

    Drove a crane all the way up there once, it was a glorious day and you could every mountain in a full circle, all the way from Cradle to Strahan as well, but yep, she's steep. When you said you were walking from the boom gate I thought that's not going to be fun

      @@nigelhodges7173 haha yeah it would have been amazing view if it was clear - it sure was a long walk - 16.8k by the time I walked down - Mabee one day I’ll go back - one day mate

    Climbed that as a kid. Knowing West Coast weather, that is pretty standard lol

      @@TheJimmythecorkscrew yeah I knew weather was going to be bad - but she really broke up bad at top - it was one for the memories that’s for sure
