The BEST Guinness I ever had was at Rock Creek Winter Lodge, a XC ski lodge in California’s Sierra. The bottom of the one barrel, creamy, heavenly, the thing beer memories are made of, .. later I clipped into my skis and pushed off, straight into turtling on my back, skis tangled above me 😂 🍺
My first trip to Ireland was 17 years ago. Dublin was crazy and people were friendly. I remember one guy asked me where I was from and I said Pennsylvania and he lit up and said he had a cousin in PA and bought me a pint. However, I really fell in love with the country side. Killarney was beautiful and there are still patches of Celtic rainforest there.
where tf have you been bro i'm tired of these youtube photographers who take shitty photos. You're one of the very few who's actually as good as of a photographer as you are a cinematographer. Brae the GOAT.
Just to be clear. When Americans & others talk about the Irish and drink, (which they usually do) please be aware that many people here DON'T drink alcohol, and the UK per head of population drink more than the Irish as do the people in Poland, Russia, Romania and others. I get tired of the stereotyping of the Irish and drink. Our pubs are for the social aspect of meeting friends as well as having a drink of course. Glad you enjoyed your visit here. 👍🇮🇪🇺🇸
Love to see it man. Often times it's the smallest little pubs in the middle of nowhere that have those top drawer creamers 👌 haha Lovely photos, glad yous had a nice time.
Great to see you enjoyed my country, and my home city of Dublin. You also went to the best non tourist pubs, the Foggy Dew and Mulligan's being my two local haunts of which I frequent and enjoy Guinness on a regular basis. You should know by now that the whole splitting the G pish is a non Irish thing to do, just enjoy your pint, it's not a competition :) From a fellow film and Pentax 67ii shooter, Sláinte mo chara ☘
Thanks for the comment, Jim! Enjoy both those spots very much. Good to know about splitting the G. It has become second nature to give it a try every time I get a pint now 😅 Appreciate you watching the video. Cheers!
If you are a sucker for stone bridges over rivers, I'd recommend a trip to casselman bridge in western Maryland. I grew up near there and used to fish it. The thing is photogenic as hell. Add on some of the covered bridges in Pennsylvania and you'd have a hell of a trip. Yuengling too. Lemme know if you need a guide 😜
I'm not entirely sure and I've heard varying opinions. I think a lot of it has to do with how the keg is treated and how clean the pipes are? As well as how many pints have already been poured from any given keg. People say that the temperature of storage definitely makes a difference. Could all be nonsense 🤷🏼♂️
You don't know how long I've waited for another pub crawl episode! Can already tell this is gonna be one of my faves!
Haha heck yea! Glad you like the bar videos. Going to have a couple more coming in the next couple months! Cheers!
Wow, what a really fantastic Video! You did a great job showcasing my home country, Cheers! Loved the shots as well!
Love to hear that. Thanks for watching!
Guinnesses and photos - this is peak RUclips!
Haha glad you like the combo 😂
He’s baaaaaaack! This is my favourite series as well… today is a good day.
Let's go! Cheers!

Fantastic photos you made there! What a beautiful place. The pub crawl was excellent, too. Your documentaries are the best. Cheers, Brae! ✌
Thank you, Bob! Always appreciate your feedback and support. Glad you're still digging the pub crawls! 🤠

" Guinness looks good under the candle light, ill tell you that" Need it on a Tshirt.
Haha no kidding 😂
Great stuff Brae, be sure to check out the north of Ireland on your next trip - there's so much to see on this little island.
Definitely will be checking it out! Bummed we didn't have time on this trip.
Love to see it man. Often times it's the smallest little pubs in the middle of nowhere that have those top drawer creamers 👌 haha Lovely photos, glad yous had a nice time.
Thanks dude! What an awesome country. Can't wait to come back. We will have to try to get together!
Some very cool shots there man, Ireland is beautiful, I went there once for a few days and really liked the countryside and forests!
Yeah it's incredibly beautiful. Cheers man!
So glad you went to Dingle. I was born in Kerry and Dingle is where my family are from.
Nice! Dingle was lovely. Reminded me a lot of a small seaside town on the coast of Oregon that I visit frequently.
@@BraeHunziker Did you drive through the Slea Head road? It's a coastal/mountain pass. Truly beautiful place
Thanks for showing us the dingleduck and not their berries!

Great video, mate. Three words of advice - Goretex Chuck Taylors. :)
Thanks! Sounds like I need to get a pair haha!
The best pint of Guinness you will ever have is at The Blue Light in the hills south of the city. All the rest of the places are for the tourists. 😎
Thanks for the tip! Noted for my next trip over there!
love it, i just want to go back to ireland :D
Me too :’)

Noted! Need to get over to Maryland for sure. Haven't been there since I was just a kid. Appreciate the tip!
I live in Dublin man, what a stunning video
Thank you dude!!
Please tell me you went to John Gunn camera shop to buy film?
I didn't! Hadn't heard about it 😭
My question is this... Did Brae visit Bray? You'd like it. Nice small town near Dublin.
I didn’t. Heard it’s a cool spot though
This channel is definitely not for recovering alcoholics
We enjoy our fair share of pints and pubs around here :)
Guinness and Film is peak manhood
It has seemed to be a great combo!!
You made my pregnant wife want a pint of Guinness!
Hahaha 😂
I'll ask the dumb question... why is their so much variability in the taste of Guinness? Age? Freshness? Temperature of storage?
I'm not entirely sure and I've heard varying opinions. I think a lot of it has to do with how the keg is treated and how clean the pipes are? As well as how many pints have already been poured from any given keg. People say that the temperature of storage definitely makes a difference. Could all be nonsense 🤷🏼♂️
Was that Josh Berry at the beginning of the video?
no that's my girlfriend's cousin haha
If I had of known I would have meet you for a pint
Would love to try to meet up with some people next time I'm there!
im drunk just by watching this
😭
