Interesting video. I feel you like being able to share activities and do fun things with a significant other sounds great. I’m almost 19 and I’ve never been in a relationship and the boys that I liked turned out to be huge assholes. You may think you're eating enough, but it took me about 4yrs to go from 125 to 165 as a 6'3" male and the bulk of it was that I just wasn't eating enough for my activity levels. Also go to the gym. Don't need to lift too heavy. Just go a couple times a week and lift enough to stimulate your muscles, should be enough to help keep some of the weight on.

I was just saying that I didn't understand how much I actually needed to eat in order to gain weight because just like you I could eat anything and not gain a single pound. Interesting video. I feel you like being able to share activities and do fun things with a significant other sounds great. I’m almost 19 and I’ve never been in a relationship and the boys that I liked turned out to be huge assholes. You may think you're eating enough, but it took me about 4yrs to go from 125 to 165 as a 6'3" male and the bulk of it was that I just wasn't eating enough for my activity levels. Also go to the gym. Don't need to lift too heavy. Just go a couple times a week and lift enough to stimulate your muscles, should be enough to help keep some of the weight on.
