    You can really eat anything you like or crave AS LONG as you eat in moderation. And now you are working out you need about a gallon of h2o a day to replenish etc. If you are dehydrated you can think you are hungry and eat and eat n not get full all because you really just need more H2O and some electrolytes. 👍
