Hello, My name is Jamie.
I am on a health and weight loss journey. I am on this Journey to reverse liver disease, put my autoimmune diseases into remission, and to just lose weight to feel better.
I am starting this journey by moving a lot more with daily exercise 🏋️♀️ I am cleaning up my diet 🥗 and adding more protein 🥩. I have also added a CGM to help see what food causes sugar spike, and be more mindful of when and what to eat.
This is my journey of my life :)

I am a wife, a mom, and a follower of Jesus.
I love to document my simple everyday life.

Good Job again. Still at it. 8O POUNDS IN 5 MONTHS (36Kg for those of us not in the US). Doable but we need to start to see that cardio increase. I would say start jogging but a rowing machine might be an indoor substitute. Cardio will be your best friend. Well done on dropping the 10.
