Hi Penn, I have made this dish tonight. Taste was very good, chicken was spot on, only thing I had the rice was mushy ( jasmin rice ) Maybe next time a other kind of rice. Thank you very much for this recept .
That looked really nice Pen, you've given me some ideas. Whatever you did to the sound in this video keep on doing it, you were as clear as a bell. I have to be honest, a lot of the time the sound is really quiet and it's a struggle to hear you even though I have the sound as high as it will go. This video the sound was perfect X

Hi Pen, love this dish unfortunately my husband is a peasant who only likes chicken breast, I love thighs with bones in. Love your hair, am envious, my wavy hair did go straight but since radiation for breast cancer every wave and curl has come back with a vengeance,so I’m having to grow it to deal with the waves/curls. Costco have the Speedi on offer so I am definitely going to buy it. I’m a Brit living in Canada and it’s about £125 over here

So sorry to hear about your cancer ,as a 9 year survivor of throat cancer I understand about losing your hair as a side effect of treatment but I always say about side effects and scars , they're better than the alternative
