Ninja Speedi Shepherds Pie (Lamb)

Yes lamb not beef that’s actually cottage pie!
Nice easy recipe to follow
All you need is….
1lb of lean lamb or beef
1 med to large onion
3 gloves garlic
1 cup beef broth
1 cup frozen carrots & peas
1 teaspoon theme
1 teaspoon rosemary
2 teaspoons parsley
1/2 of both salt & pepper
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons tomato purée
