    Just tried this with meal prepping doubled the recipe and those exact steps work perfectly 15 minutes sear an 10 minutes with the unit off worked for me perfect rice appreciate the video homie

    Thanks for the info! I do have a question, isn't the steam option on the left specifically for rice? I feel that would be a quicker option, but not sure how it will taste. Thanks again for the insight, I am going to try this method next time.

    Did you use long grain white rice? I think different types require different amounts of liquid. I’ll give this a try.

    So I've been following your recipes for your Ninja Speedi ..so as of today I'm the proud owner of a brand new Ninja Speedi lol so here's my question for today lol there will probably be more I'm sure ..anyway..have you done fresh potato fry's plus burgers at the same time? I did catch

      Sorry I guess I clicked it before I was finished..anyway I did catch your video where you made frozen fry's and burgers at the same time..but thought I might be able to do fresh fry's and burger the same way..

      Ya. You would have to start the fresh fries before. I haven't tried it yet

    Looking at getting the Speedi but I believe the top would hit my cupboards. Limited counter Space and the combo is $100 more.

    What rice did you use James? I tried to use Mahatma long grain rice and it got real bubbly. Do I have to rinse it?

    when we cook the rice, the debric is gonna remains in the top right ? are we able to clean it off ? and does it make mess in long term?

    Make sure you rinse your rice!!

      It was a jasmine rice and looked sticky to me - the way I expect it to be. I wonder how the machine gets on with basmati where you need separate grains. I'm sure some rinsing would be needed.

    I have two questions for you, if I may - I cooked this rice recipe the other day, and it turned out great. Would I be able to make it with the same directions as this one and adding frozen vegetables?

      Yes you can add frozen veggies.

    I made this & it ended up sticking - would you recommend Pam spray? I used olive oil spray & jasmine rice. My oil wasn’t as dispersed of a spray as yours though - so maybe that’s it? I washed the rice first because I wasn’t sure 🤔

      You have to use the spray. Pam will work good
