PS. I gave my hot pot to my niece who goes to college next year. Her mom is a great cook and will teach her how to use it. I kept my crock pot, air fryer, and toaster oven because I can't use my oven anymore. Amazing what you can do with those 3 things for just one person.

I have never heard of the use of cream cheese in beef stroganoff before. I always added a dollop of sour cream at the end to lighten and brighten the gravy.

I love that you are making your slaw. Cabbage and carrots are some of the cheaper vegetables but when they are prepped for you they are costly and do not stay fresh long. I love the prebagged salads with the dressing and add-ins, mostly cabbage - I am making my own versions (copycats from Pinterest) much fresher and cheaper. Thanks for the great video.

Thanks Mandy (and Stephen) for these no oven recipes! We're in "no oven" mode here in DFW too! It's really too hot to grill unless it's quick or after the sun goes down a bit. I do not own an Insta Pot but did grow up with a pressure cooker but we never used it much. This week I plan to dive into pasta salads of various kinds. My Italian girlfriend makes a wonderful cold salad using rice and either chicken or tuna or shrimp. I've never done it but that sounds yummy right?

It makes a wonderful spread for burgers or sandwiches. I also use it as a chip or cracker dip. I use it on fish, beef, chicken, pork, roasted potatoes, you name it. I always keep some mixed up and on hand. ❤❤❤❤
