You said Great Value at Kroger, but, I think that actually comes from Walmart doesn't it. Basically that a person won't go to Kroger to look for it. Not that they don't carry a similar item.

Hi Mel! Well, you've done it again!!! Crock pot recipes are my favorites. I honestly don't think I could make do without my crock pot. I use it year round I especially like using it in the Summer to avoid using the stove/oven and heating up the kitchen. These recipes look delicious and I'm so excited to try them. My favorite flour tortillas are “Old El Paso Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos and Fajitas”.
America’s Test Kitchen, on PBS, rated these as their favorite, and I agree.
That lasagna soup looks so good!
My sister freezes cottage cheese. She says it is similar to ricotta cheese. My husband calls it "ricottage cheese."
Good evening ❤. I do agree, no beans or corn lol. I do enjoy refried beans 😋. I really like the old el paso taco size shells. Especially with breakfast tacos. You can heat in the microwave and they don't get hard.

I'm have diabetes and I buy LA Banderita carb counter tortillas. They are soft and fluffy and tastes good. I also use them for sandwiches as I try to keep my carb intake down.
I love those Street taco size. That's exactly what I use.

Hi Mel! Tortillas are regional. My mother in law is from Sonora, and their tortillas are much thinner. So that's the type I prefer. I do like the thicker ones with enchiladas, though! If you're eating tortillas every week, you should start making your own. It's honestly pretty easy. Thanks for all the great recipes!
😊the possibilities are endless with that cake. You could use cherry 7up. Different kinds of cake mixes and soda can be used

I make half of turkey breast in the crock pot. The same way you do the chicken breast. I slice it for sandwiches. And make hot turkey sandwiches with mashed potatos,and gravey.

Do you ever use crockpot liners? Why or why not I love watching your recipes because they are so easy. I usually forward them on to my daughter. Thanks so much for watching and for sharing my videos with your daughter, I've been there 😊 And I do use the liners sometimes, I just think it's easier to show what I'm doing on camera and easier for you to see the food when I'm filming if the liner is not in the way. But I love the liners, especially when I'm taking food to a potluck or something like that.

Mission "Soft" are the best tortillas! :) That said, I also like Tortilla Land Uncooked Flour tortillas in the refrigerated section. You put them on a comal/griddle and they cook right there and then and they are amazing!

I think I would use arugala in the Tuscan chicken. I think La Banderita has the best store bought flour tortillas. I think they are the closest to homemade, IMO.

The layered chicken enchilada dish looks really good. I feel the same about mayonnaise and sour cream as your daughter does about corn and black beans. The lasagna soup looks like a winner. I think I'll be trying it.

My brother always had cherry chip cake for his birthday when we were growing up, I wonder if he would like the 7-Up Cherry cake. Our mom made a chocolate maraschino cherry cake that she mixed up in the pan cake and I really wish I had that recipe!

If you make the Tuscan Chicken a lot you could mix the spices together and have them in a jar just for that. And it would save you having to get out all the different Bottles.😊

Love the mission flour soft taco shells. I buy the low carb ones and they are so soft and delicious. I also store them in the refrigerator and I think they stay fresher longer.

I had to laugh at your daughter’s request to avoid black beans and corn. Mine hates tomatoes. So when she’s around, I always leave them out even tho I love them. ❤ that’s what moms do, I guess. 😂

How did you like the new ninja? I am wanting one. Does it work really well? Delicious looking recipes.
I love it! The crockpot capacity is 8.5 quarts and you can do LOTS of things with it the main ones I find will be useful is using it like an extra oven to bake in. The crock insert is nonstick and it and the glass lid are oven safe and I absolutely LOVE the sauté function. The only drawback for me is that the entire device is just really big and takes up a lot of space. I don't keep any of my crockpots out on the counter anyway but this one is too big to fit in my cabinets (it's really tall too) so I store it in my laundry room. But it's worth the space, I love what all I can do with it and I needed a larger one for the times when I want to make a larger chili or something like that to feed a crowd.
