Well, now I'm all weepy from your lovely voice and words! Just said a prayer asking the Lord to bless you and your family and your work, and thanking Him for your cheerfulness. (AND for your cooking!).
At work we had a older man as the short order grill person. He used to use those egg beaters, or egg whites for omelettes. He used to ladle them on the grill, fill the middle with what ever, fold 1/3 from the left side over towards the middle, 1/3rd from the right over that, fold the short end on the top and bottom towards the center - about 2 inches, then flip the whole thing over upside down. It was very quick, as he had a lot of people in the building to cook for.
Oh my goodness! I've been binge watching since I stumbled upon this channel and I'm so glad I found it. Great recipes and I just love momma mel!! Such a joy to follow and laugh with!!!💜

I just discovered your channel & really enjoyed this crock pot video. I'm having to stay in a pretty small place at the moment while my house is up for sale so, of course, I don't have a lot of room & it's time to definitely pull out my small crock pot. Thanks for some great idea's.

You can also brush taco sauce on tortilla and fry just as you did your cheese ones! Heck brush with sauce and do a little cheese too!

Hi Mel, I made the queso chicken tacos tonight featured in this video. Of course I went to makin it and then realized I didn't have rotel or green chilies on hand. I improvised as you encourage us to do using what I had on hand which was a jar of salsa and it worked just fine. I had a chopped up rotisserie chicken handy so instead of using the crock pot, I just made it a skillet meal. Talk about an easy and yummy dinner. Thanks for always inspiring me with your videos!
I like to stock up on cans of Rotel or those nice little cans of spicy green Chillies. You can always freeze what is left over from your cans, into an ice cube tray for next time. Just don't forget to label them in a baggie, once they have frozen. I've also seen people freeze in their ice cube trays, oilve oil with herbs. When you want nice fresh herbs just drom in a frozen ice cube block of oil and herbs,, heat it up and you are good to go.
