Herdez is fantastic. All their products are next to homemade. Those fish tacos look amazing. My husband's Mexican family takes a kitchen towel and wraps the tortillas in it to keep them warm. Just a tip. I could eat fish tacos every single day! Love them.
I made the air fryer sesame chicken tonight. It was so scrumptious. I added fried eggs, carrots, and onions to the cooked rice and fried it up and topped with the chicken. I will definitely make this again! It doesn’t disappoint.
Coating chicken with cornstarch is called velveting. I'm not a fan of chicken breast, but coating it in cornstarch makes it SOOO moist and tender. Happy Dad's Day to Steven!
Season shrimp with taco seasoning and put it in the airfryer. Put on top of salad greens with salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, and avocado. Boom a delicious and quick summer dinner that doesn't heat up the house. You could have tortilla chips on the side if you like.
Happy FriYAY, sweet friends. Hope everyone is doing well. This week has been a rollercoaster of emotions. We had to say goodbye to our furbaby on Tuesday. I had my neurologist appointment Wednesday. My appointment went as well as expected. The tumor is most likely caused by my Crohn's. I have an MRI on August 13 and if nothing is wrong, I follow up with the neurologist on October 4. I ask y'all to please continue to pray for us. Thank you in advance. God Bless.

I made the fish tacos last night, and they were delicious! What inspired me to try it was the slaw. We loved it made with the cream salsa, so easy and tasty. We don’t generally like the cabbage recipes for fish tacos… they have numerous ingredients, make too much, and are lackluster, but this was so good and easy to make the quantity we needed. I don’t have an air fryer because I have a convection oven… but often not happy with the results, so I fried my fish. Addictively delicious! We’ll make this again soon! Thanks for the inspiration! Just made this tonight, with stirfry noodles and fresh, snap sweet peas that I steamed. It was a hit with the whole family. Even the picky picky picky eaters!! Thank you for the meal ideas, we also tried the ground beef and broccoli, which has been come a regular meal at our table.

I always put boiled eggs in my tossed salads. You could also add some celery to the mix too.
