Dude, last time I watched you I was getting ready to ship out to Basic. I've graduate Basic, AIT, got to my unit, and have gone to like 5 drills hahaha, it's been too long. Glad to see you post this today
Thanks ! And Big congratulations! Glad to have you as a brother! Stay hydrated and motivated HUA!
@@victorgibson8587 Absolutely bro, same to you! You were one of the people who convinced me it's not a terrible idea to enlist as someone in their 30s. I'll be waiting on more content, I'll be keeping up with your channel
I’ve always regretted not giving my service to our country. I’m 30 and know there is still time to. How do I take the jump? Push myself to follow through? It’s something that’s been growing on my mind and heart.
You just have to dig really deep for your reason. It’s like jumping off a building, with birds flying by, and a few people that will jump with you fall, the ground is there and you determine what it’s made of. If you’re going to do it, you’ve got to be ready to commit, it’s nonstop for 2-4 years at least. It will be the most mentally challenging, life changing, amazing, and memorable thing you’ll ever do.
Welcome back sir hopefully your doing well and staying bless
Thank you!
thanks for the content! awaiting more when you get time to post.
thanks for making videos i am turning 18 but having some doubts about military service and seeing your videos makes me feel its not my only option at this age and I can try other stuff out first. its just scary for me who has never had a job its a big step away from home. thanks for motivating and informing !
truthfully, being one that's around Victor's age and looking back at life, I wish I had decided to enlist. if I could make a recommendation, make that move - enlist.
Thank you for watching! If I could go back in time I would have joined at your age. Maybe the Air Force 😅 only to possibly retire at the age I’m at now. Everything that is meant for you to do will happen when it’s supposed too. Just stay focused and committed to being the best version of yourself and you’ll do great!
@@victorgibson8587 thanks for taking the time to reply man. The words of encouragement really help. and thank you for your service, goodluck!
Glad your back! Super excited for the basic training video!
What’s going on Noice?! Hope all is well! I got you!
Awesome! Your back. 🙏🏾
Thank you! Can’t leave my people hangin like that! Lol
@@victorgibson8587 when you posted your first video. I felt influenced to join, but I needed to finish my degree. I graduated in May. Currently, I am in the process of enlisting with the air national guard. I was stuck between the Army national guard and the air national guard, but I figure to join the air force because most of my family are in the air force, but I'm excited to see your upcoming videos. Stay safe out there brother. 🙏🏾
@@ericbickel8117 Congratulations on making it this far and for graduating! Honestly I would go with the Air Force NG. I’ve heard nothing but good things, it looks like you’re on a great trajectory so I’m sure whichever decision you choose, you will succeed! Many blessings and don’t lose that drive!
Thank you and be strong! Keep up the good work!
Thank you , thank you!

Thank you! That means more than you could imagine!
I'm also over 30 and am in the army
How old were you when you enlisted?
@@michaellemmenI was 34 years old when I enlisted
Ayyyy!! E-4 Mafia!! hahaha congrats
Are you making a career in the army or using it as a stepping stone for a better civilian life?
Looking forward to new content and hopefully mos interviews
hey how often do you eat mre's as a 92f i was just wondering because i heard they werent the best things to eat lol . i signed my contract as a 92f as well i ship out for basic in jan
Lol we’ve all had our fair share, you’ll find ones that you like. If you actually get to heat them up you’re golden 😅 honestly they’re not that bad , sometimes I’d rather have them vs dfac food lol
Ive been wanting to join up, ive been a auto mechanic for 10 years. Would you recommend 91B or 91L?
If you enjoy it, 91b, but both get worked. But if there’s anything else you’ve ever wanted to try in life, study up for the asvab and get and decent score and go for it. If it doesn’t work , you can always reclass (change occupations) back to a 91
@victorgibson8587 19k is what I'm most interested in to be honest. Was thinking 91b just because it's what I'm familiar with.

@@venezuelanpapii hell yeah! Might see you at Reg Call lol
Miss you bro are you still foxtrot ?
Yes sir! Hope all is well with you!
Do you know if I could get waivers for a couple misdemeanors? I think it may be because of laughtenberg amendment. Thanks for advice.
If they are not serious offenses, it is up to the discretion of the military. I was able to get in with a waiver. I just had to write a letter describing the situation. What I learned and what I’ve done to be better since the incident. Don’t fret to much about it tho, that’s where the recruiter comes in. I hope this helped!
