Just bought one yesterday and watched videos on review. The videos got me sold but your video got me excited and cant wait to get it this beast Sunday. Thanks for the excellent and very detailed video!!!
Great video! I have 2 other DeeRC trucks. I noticed you trimmed the body of the yellow truck as I did mine as well as removed the spare tire top lights (0:42 seconds of your video. I’m ordering this truck today I wish it came with 2 bodies like the yellow truck mentioned above, although I didn’t get the orange body with mine as I prefer it to the yellow, I’m still pleased with my purchase. My buddies and I built a large track. I may post a video during my unboxing.

I just got myself a gimbal and looking to start my own IG & RUclips channel where I can show my car wraps/ ppf/ tints work. I'd really appreciate it PLEASE 🙏🏻
Thanks man!! I just have fun along the way and hope my viewers enjoy it too! I use the app “InShot” and the transitions just take some thinking before the filming so you know what you’ll need to do with the camera once you kind of discover how the editing process works for you.
That may happen eventually lol. Keeping up with my list of planned videos is tough as it is lol I’ll see if I can squeeze it into a short or something soon lol
That's in the description from the amazon link that you give in your video description. So those are Li-Po batteries that it comes with, just to let you and the people that watch you know. My friend that I showed a picture of this truck was telling me the same thing that those batteries were not Li-Po's in tell he read the amazon description. Awesome tuck btw I just got mine for my birthday on the March 11Th. Same one color's and all. 【2 Upgraded 11.1V Large Capacity Batteries & Exclusive-Design Car Shell】This high speed remote control cars come with two enhanced 11.1V 1500mAh large power (Li-Po rechargeable battery), giving you non-stop 40 minutes running time. Interesting. Usually li-ions are cylindrical, but I’m sure can lipos can be too. Oddly enough some of my batteries that actually specify they are li-ions on the package show that they’re lipos on my little mini tester. 🤔 lol
@@DerbyCityRC Um, interesting ok. That's fair. I wasn't trying to take away from your video, I really did like it. I just figured I would let you know. You have a great day and God Bless.
@@DerbyCityRC I don't think the people at amazon have any idea either. My Dad and I were looking around at a bunch more RC stuff today and there were a hole lot of things that were just not right. We knew that because you go to a hobby website and it says something totally different. That's one of the reasons I watch RC Sparks, Kevin Talbot, You and others. Good source of information. Thank you for that.
If I wanted to just switch out the motor on this to get more speed, what would you suggest that would work with the stock 2 in 1? Thank you and I love your channel!
Wife talked me into getting the Temu app lol. Ordered the Sweep Pro for $60 which looks to be SCY 16101. From your videos and others I've watched these cheap cars seem to only be lacking in having oil filled shocks(easy fix) and maybe weak steering servos. Was in RC for years and just wanted something to play with after not having them for forever. They seem super durable. What else isn't quite up to par over say Traxxas, Arrma, etc? When I ask that I mean for just yard fun. 25 mph ain't bad and some are even a little quicker. I understand a decent battery does much better and of course a decent charger. Subscribed to your channel for sure. Also can the Sweep Pro handle 3s?
Well done Evan! Really good review on this. I saw RC car Garage’s video on this and couldn’t believe his reaction and disappointment with this. He actually was so upset with it he ran it over with his truck instead of giving it to some little kid. Anyway, it held up like I expected in your drive test. These things are bargains when you get them brushed, and like you said just upgrade them yourself to brushless. This truck is overpriced in my opinion in brushless form. Awesome job brother! Hello to mini and micro max’s😂
Thanks!! I haven’t seen his video on it, but I imagine he was upset with speed? It’s just right for some people, brushless is still better even if same speed as brushed. But yes, with the motor they used and still the same old shocks, it is probably a bit overpriced. But they probably justify that some with having two 3 cell batteries (even though they’re l’ions). But yes I think buying a brushed and upgrading is the way to go. It’s a great car for sure. And keep in mind I still have two more tiny children to start using these in the next couple years so gotta have two spots for names smaller than micro 🤣🤣
@@DerbyCityRC ... don't bother wasting your time bud... it's a video FILLED with him complaining that it sucks - without ever providing any reason as to why. Nor does he offer any alternatives or suggestions to fix/ improve it. And when 2 people in the comments provide him with some constructive criticism... he goes off on them. Terrible attitude and way of thinking about the guy. You're light years ahead of him and a man for the people. Keep up the excellent work 👌🏻
Great channel, and great reviews. I’m thinking about getting this truck. I was also looking at the Laegendary 1:10 scale thunder. Have you run the thunder?
@@DerbyCityRC Thanks, the 210E will arrive tomorrow and will compare the lengths. I think I'll salvage the rear shocks from the 104001 (90mm?) and order another rear set from from AliExpress. Are the front and rear shocks the same length on the 210E?
Oh woops I misread that. You said 104, I was thinking 144001. 90mm should be a good length. I have used some slightly longer shocks on other versions of this car that I have that are either 85 or 90mm and they’re great. Yea front and rears are the exact same part.
Great review! I have this RC but two of the stock shocks recently busted. I know you linked shock upgrades but was curious how you know what upgraded shocks will work with this RC car. I’m new to the hobby
Can the lithium ion batteries be charged by the same charger as the lipo batteries? I can't seem to get a setting for 11.1 volts when the charger says lithium ion. Can I just charge it in the LiPo mode on 11.1 volts?
Unfortunately i don’t really know. I know one of my chargers only charges to 4.1 volts per cell on li-ion instead of 4.2 on lipo. But my other ones, you just set it to li-ion mode and it doesn’t tell me the voltage. I really don’t know the answer here. Sorry!
Son and I are new to rc cars. Your videos have been very helpful AND entertaining. I was all set to buy this truck until I watched another popular video in which the guy hated it and made that very clear. His attitude seems like he's always grumpy or angry so I factor that in but does he have any valid points for avoiding this truck. Even though it's relatively inexpensive I'm on disability and money is a big. Factor. Can't afford to buy it if it's bad.
I know exactly what video you’re talking about and I can’t understand why he says that, as he never really explains his reasons. For the price, this car is one of the ones I recommend the most. Not to mention they have great customer service and will help you out if there’s an issue. Every car has weaknesses and I’d say this one it’s the axles. If you jump it a lot and crash it, the axles can bend and the small pin that holds the axle stub to the dogbone can break. Both are common in most budget cars. Under normal driving, that likely won’t happen. As far as performance and control, in this price range it’s as good or better than others.
Thank you so much for the reply. I almost gave up after hours of research what to buy. I was set then saw his video. Even if he dislikes it at least be a decent RUclipsr and reviewer to give clear reason for such acidic review. I ended up ordering it today and am now excited. I was a few hours ago. You even replying gave me some hope that not all "major" reviewers were aholes. You do a great job for the community and I love the way you involve your kids. Thanks!
I don’t think you’ll be disappointed! Keep me posted on how you like it! I try to give as much info as I can along with how I honestly feel about what I’m reviewing!
I know this is an older video but what car is that you started your kid with? My son is 4.5 and I want to get him a car but dont know of a good one for a beginner like that. I just recently got into the hobby. Love your videos. Probably watched 100 of them in the last week haha.
@DerbyCityRC awesome thanks man! Yea i love these videos. It's pushed me into actually making this a hobby. I have an arrma granite blx with wide track kit. Center diff soon! Especially after your granite with a center diff and wide track kit video. Totally sold me! I appreciate your reply my man! Keep bashing and filming!
I appreciate that. I’ve got a couple. Arguably the JLB Cheetah, but it’s a piece of junk. I also have a team associated MT10 and a 6s Kraton. I buy those as I can afford them lol

Thanks man! Ya I plan on reaching out to team corally, team associated, and redcat once I hit 2k subs. Even Thunder RC can’t get free Armmas (supposedly) so that one’s a bit farther out. He’s one of the biggest advocates for Arrma that I can find lol. But ya I like all RCs too as long as they’re not too slow lol. I usually decline most of the toy grade slow cars that I get offered. Great video!! Your 5yr old jumps like a pro! These px9200’s really are incredibly durable. I have 2 of them. One of ‘em I put a SH Rocket 3660 3300kv with a rocket 80a esc and it handles all that power and all the abuse I can throw at it just fine! They’re great cheap rcs. Perfect to upgrade and bash around!!
Thanks! Yes I agree! I have a couple others as well with Hobbywing motor kits in them. They start to break eventually (especially on 3s) but it takes a while and they do a great job!!
Thanks for the reply! I’m glad I found your channel, great stuff dude. I also have a couple of the FC610 trucks converted to brushless. Even got the same ZD wheels lol.
@@FZERO20 ya same here! I have rocket motors and escs in most of my rcs. You gotta get yourself the Racing Rocket ‘Beast’ esc. They have em on AliE. I got the 80amp version. it is powerful! I honestly think it’s underrated cause It feels more responsive than my 120a Max10
Loving the content man! Just got it and I was wondering if the grinding noise it makes while moving it back and forth with your hand a defect or is it normal? Thanks in advance My kid has the Attack model as well and loves it!
Thanks!! I like the attack too! Besides losing suspension springs, we have yet to break that thing and we actually use it quite a bit. Is it a grind or is it more if a deep click noise that you can “feel” as you push it? The feel is normal with internal motor resistance, but a grind would not be.
I just got a deerc ...rc car 300e/302e brushless on Nov 10 for the mis she never head one I live in n.y just snowed up here ....hope we get a worm day .....I got a traxxas rc fox 4wd drive its fast... you should try one
That’s a tough one. I feel the 210e is probably a bit more durable. Honestly I’d go with the 2996a. Have you seen this one? ruclips.net/video/jY9cKuMFqY8/видео.html
Great content. I let my son play with the car on the first day it was here and there were several times when he immediately went forward to reverse.... a learning process. I think we already stripped a gear because the rear wheels do not get power now. Have you tried any of the slipper clutch drives in the car?
There’s a good possibility it’s just an axle pin. It’s a 1.5mm x 10mm pin if I recall correctly and it connects the axle shafts to the axle stubs. Common break point and easy and cheap to fix. Hope that helps!! Could even cut sections of 1.5mm drill bits for a stronger material.

Ya I saw they mentioned that on the website, but I’ve had them opened up and they don’t look they would dampen any better unless you put petroleum jelly or something in it lol
Ya I like the red ones I showed lol. They come with a really thick oil in them already, but honestly, like I mentioned, even those stock shocks it came with aren’t too bad.
So I bought the upgraded shocks and ended up bending one. In Your experience can they be straightened? I was thinking some heat and a hammer maybe. lol Either way I put the old stock shocks back in and actually put some shock oil in them 500cst. They still seem to just spring back up like they did when they had whatever goop the factory put in them. Not a slow rebound like the upgraded ones. Is that cause I need to use heavier oil or are the shocks just not much good? Thanks dude, much appreciated. Snow has finally melted and got some good RC weather in Canada 🇨🇦 now 🙂
I haven’t tried to bend those lol. I think I’ve only bent one and just tossed it but it was bent really bad. It may not bend back without snapping lol. Worth a shot though. Yes people say those stock shocks can be oil filled but they’re just awful. You could try a super thick fluid like 10,000 wt diff fluid lol almost a gel. Glad your weather is finally coming around!!!
@@DerbyCityRC yeah those shocks are just awful. lol I'm just going to leave them on until my replacement set shows up. Thanks again for the reply, much appreciated.🙂
Just got this car. First brushless car. The charger that comes with it seems to only charge the 3s li-ion up to about 3.9v per cell. Is that normal? Not sure what the end total voltage should be for these packs. Any insight would be extremely helpful! Awesome video!
Just got my hands on an hbx2995 off your link/recommendation and absolutely LOVE it!! It def needs a boost though and the brushless motor link in that video is no longer available... any other recommendations?? Keep up the great content!! 👍
Thhanks and glad you like it!! I know I noticed that link is not good. That motor isn’t listed. I’m going to try to find another comparable one, but I think it’s listed on Hobbywingdirect.com. I have a budget friendlier conversion coming on my lyhal fc610 👍
Yaaaaa but even with oil they don’t work well, so I myself don’t want to advertise they’re oil filled lol. It also leaks out rather quickly. That’s been my experience with these anyway lol
Hi there, is this the exact same Truggy as the DEERC 200e or what would the differences be? Other than the body of course. Thanks, just subscribed to your channel after watching a bunch of your videos. Keep up the awesome work!
Hey man! Yes they are essentially the same. Chassis and related components for sure, but not sure if the motors are the same or not. Definitely similar if not. The other difference is this one comes with a 3 cell lithium ion battery so that makes it go faster than the 200e. Glad you like the videos, thanks!!!
if I am going to use this truck with and FPV, I want to run it around my block only , but how can I make sure the truck and controler wont fail against the FPV signal?
Do the amazon shocks in the description come prefilled? The amazon page doesnt say anything about that. And also where can I get the oil, Im new to rc and dont know where to look
Hey there I'm a new fan as of recent but love your reviews! Ive had this truck for about a month. I did upgrade the motor to a 4370 kv motor and a 60A esc and I'm looking for more upgrades like a metal vs plastic flywheel! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!!
Thanks! I like how you called the spur gear a flywheel. Are you in the auto industry? There are a lot of good Parts available on Pxtoysrc.com including a metal spur gear, metal knuckles, and a few other things. I had mixed luck with the metal spur gear sometimes causing the mesh of the gears to be too tight, and since it’s not adjustable, I just went back to plastic and have never broken or stripped one👍👍
@@DerbyCityRC Awesome man yes hopefully, bought the same red GPS you have as well and got it up to 27.9 mph on the 3s. Purchased the oil beforehand just in case. Just received my OVONIC 3s Lipo Battery 35C 2200mAh 11.1V, Is it safe to run it on this truck? Got the B3 Lipo charger to go with it. I always take 15 min breaks in between the two 3s ones.
@@DerbyCityRC Thanks for the input! I took a break & drove my childhood SAGITTA which was my childhood Radio Shack RC when I was 12 lol The Lipo Lasted total 46 mins and got up to 29.5 mph Nice not having to swap the battery out :) btw Shocks made a HUGE difference! I adapted to keeping it straight on acceleration when it would go to the side but with these Shocks it goes perfectly straight, Thing flows like a Lincoln Towncar now lmaoo
Can you offer any advice for me on how to get mine driving more straight? My 1st one I always ran on 2S and it seemed manageable but didn't have much top speed. My second one I put on 3S to get a little more zip but even on what seems like nice and flat roads that thing is veering any which way randomly if I go any faster than slow cruising speed. Maybe this is just a byproduct of budget engineering? I put a DJI air unit on there so I was hoping to get the drive-ability about as good as possible. I already changed out both sets of shocks and also just changed the ESC but left the old motor. So not exactly a rocket but I still can't steer the dang thing. I want to say it seems like it's obviously just the slight play in the steering assembly but that's all inherent in how the screws run through the ball joints. I will say that I did notice things don't exactly rev up super smoothly when holding the car and giving it full throttle. Thing has a lot of vibration. Thanks!
I’ve heard others complain about veering. Mine don’t usually do it, but seem to have days when it’s worse. It’s definitely a byproduct of budget engineering, double check to make sure all your axles are in good working order and none of the wheel or axle pins broke. That will cause a pull upon acceleration if so. They really all Do it to some degree. The car I’m in the m iddle of reviewing now does it really badly. You get somewhat used to it and of course dialing in the steering trim knob can help if you haven’t tried that yet.
@@DerbyCityRC Ok thanks. They do actually seem consistent at least with the 2 I have. Maybe it's just me but the right front wheel seems toe-in cockeyed on both cars and there's no way to 'fix' it outside of heavily trimming the steering channel. Still, it's more like it never can decide which way it wants to veer which makes the trimming more difficult. I guess the steering arms can be replaced with something that's adjustable.
Ya many cars come with the tires toed out. Some people say it’s normal, I guess since when the front wheels are spinning under power, they may pull the front of the tires inward a bit. That’s my theory anyway. But yes you should be able to fit some universal adjustable arms 👍
@@DerbyCityRC Any chance you know how to take those things off? I just got some in the mail but realized there isn't just a simple philips holding one end in. I've kinda got it all closed up to where It's hard to get to the inner joint but it almost looks like a star bit or something. I tried to finagle some in there but I couldn't find any that fit. Almost looks like they are just supposed to pop on.
What parts are you trying to replace, the lower control arms? Those are the only ones not held in with a Phillips screw. It attaches to the chassis with a pin that is pressed on. You have to push it out. Not the easiest thing to do the first few times. Is that the part you’re talking about?
That’s kind of tough. Overall the h16e is probably a better car, but it’s smaller and still has its weak points. Also maybe a bit easier to get parts for as it shares almost all parts with the popular MJX 16208
@flowmap those don’t typically need grease. You could put a small bit of something on them, but it’s not really a necessity. If you do, I’d say a small amount of white lithium grease will or wheel bearing grease that’s safe on plastic.
What is the pinion gears part number? I don’t have the part list and i got a new speed controller and motor for it but the pinion gear won’t come off of the motor and i don’t know what size it is
Have you checked Pxtoysrc.com? If not there, try sending Deerc an email or Facebook message. Just make sure you get the right one as this is the 11.1 v esc and they do have ones that are only rated to 7.4 v.
I'm pretty dissapointed with the stock shocks. I didn't even bash with it, I only drove around a little bit and there's already oil leaking. I just ordered the shocks you recommended:) Hopefully they won't leak lol
Ya this is my 4th car on that chassis. Seems like one starts leaking pretty soon, then the rest follow. No issues like that with those new ones yet!! 👍👍
Hey brother I installed the shocks, Rear ones are spongy after installing which seems right, Fronts go up and down no spongy affect. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance and huge difference from stock shocks for sure.
They don’t necessarily want to feel spongy. Just want to feel resistance. An actual spongy feel may mean there’s air inside. I would just open up the top caps and check oil level. Add or remove some as needed. You need it a bit below the very top. Just make sure the whole shock bottoms out and if it doesn’t, remove a tiny bit more fluid. Hope that helps!!
@@DerbyCityRC Definitely a huge help, Thanks for all the info and I see your channel growing quick. Great quality stuff, You convinced me to buy the Attack Dee Rc for my son as well and he's having a blast with it, 7 and Autistic obsessed with cars. I mean if I was to order the new brushless and esc that you posted the link for, will it work with the radio the truck originally came with or do I have to buy something else?
You can get one from pxtoysrc.com (if they still have it), however I’ve never actually needed it. I tried it once but it intermittently caused my gear mesh to be too tight so I went back to the stock plastic and never broke one. Used for quite a bit with my 3300kv Hobbywing motor. More power than the car could handle but never broke or stripped a spur lol
Ouch!! Many body shells and other parts can be found on Pxtoysrc.com Not sure if they have this she’ll just yet. Also, Deerc is very responsive on Facebook. Try sending them a message.

It did not! However, before you buy, I would definitely check out some of my more recent videos of cars that are better for similar or slightly more money!
@@DerbyCityRC yeah I’ve since done a lot of looking around the latest models come with 3S batteries however most 3S lipo are too big for this chassis. The length is just shy over 3” width about 1.5”, height is as high as the straps will allow you.
I have these batteries and I’m pretty sure they do fit. But it’s been a while since I’ve ran them on this chassis so I could be wrong. I use these in a lot of other things too! amzn.to/40WadAQ
Anyone know what the difference is between the 200e and 210e? They both appear to be identical spec-wise on Amazon (except the 200e, which is cheaper, has two shells instead of one).

They’re 1/12. These are ok, but if you’re looking in this size and price range I’d point you to something different. The HBX 2997a or the Rlaarlo Omni-Terminator.
The Hosim X17 would be the only one so far. They market it as a 1/8 but it’s more like a 1/10. It’s a super fun car but not as durable as it should be. HyperGo is supposed to be releasing a 1/10 model soon but I’m not sure if it will be a true 1/10 or not yet.
I got 27 on 2s and haven’t tested 3s it’s so hard to keep straight so idk how you only got 17 maybe check your speed setting on the remote next time and show us
Ya this was decent for that price when this came out. The 2997a is much newer and blows this out of the water in every way. 😃 Get the new Rlaarlo Omni-Terminator!
I actually was going to buy the omni carbon fiber version but I got the Rlaarlo 1/14 scale truck instead but took it back cuz it had esc issues. Now I got an Arrma Vorteks boost version but ordered a spektrum 3668 2400kv motor and a 120A esc from the Outkast/Kraton 4s which should b here tomorrow. Should b a bit better than the omni terminator I think lol @@DerbyCityRC

@@DerbyCityRC Um, interesting ok. That's fair. I wasn't trying to take away from your video, I really did like it. I just figured I would let you know. You have a great day and God Bless.
No problem at all! Really I was saying you might be right lol. I really have no idea! 🤣
You’re welcome! Ya that’s why I watch too! Glad you like the vids!! 😃
Wow what a channel! You've just inspired me to buy an RC car for by son! Subbed my bro!!
Hey thanks! Hope it’s going well!!

Not a bad truck! Thanks!
Ur editing is getting better man. 👍
Thanks! Always trying to improve and have fun with it👍👍
Quality editing , very funny , very informative , nice one mate.
Thanks man!! 😃
If I wanted to just switch out the motor on this to get more speed, what would you suggest that would work with the stock 2 in 1? Thank you and I love your channel!
4:49 innovative awesomeness! 👌
Lol thanks! Yup that’s a fun one!
lol yeah i slowed that part down prior like HTF did he do that!?
Haha! No cheating!
Smart man I always break in my car’s with 2s first to ease up the gears ⚙️,
A bit of a break in period! 😉
Witch deerr rc 1/10 would you recommend. I like the Tachyon it looks fun for a little guy.
thank you for reviewing this car
You’re welcome!
Thanks for watching
You have really cool editing
Thanks!!
@@DerbyCityRC Nano max, and phyto max 😂✌🏻👍🏻got it all covered!
🤣🤣ok good just checkin lol!
Keep up the excellent work 👌🏻
Thanks man! Ya I ended up watching it and you’re spot on. Made no sense. I appreciate all the kind words!!!
Wow that looks like it jumps very very nice
Great channel, and great reviews. I’m thinking about getting this truck. I was also looking at the Laegendary 1:10 scale thunder. Have you run the thunder?
Awesome review. Was looking for a durable, cheap brushless 1/10 basher and this fits the bill.
Thanks! Definitely not a bad car!!👍👍
@@DerbyCityRC Ordered one and going to put my wltoys 104001 shocks on it. This truck is definitely more durable than the 104001..
LOL!
Yes much more durable lol. But I think the shocks from the WL toys will be too short, unless that’s what you’re going for lol
Thanks!
I have actually used those shocks on this exact chassis. They work very well with it.
Welcome to the hobby!
Can the lithium ion batteries be charged by the same charger as the lipo batteries? I can't seem to get a setting for 11.1 volts when the charger says lithium ion. Can I just charge it in the LiPo mode on 11.1 volts?
I am also interested in this!
Unfortunately i don’t really know. I know one of my chargers only charges to 4.1 volts per cell on li-ion instead of 4.2 on lipo. But my other ones, you just set it to li-ion mode and it doesn’t tell me the voltage. I really don’t know the answer here. Sorry!
See above response. I really don’t know, as a lot of times the cheaper ion batteries I just use the basic USB charger
Super glad you like the vids!!! We started him with the HBX 16889a pro I think. Probably the absolute best beginner car ever. 😃

The best bet would probably be pxtoysrc.com.
They have most of the bodies. Hopefully this one too by now.
Ok, I'll give it a shoot. Love your videos been watching and having fun while bashing👍.
So when looking for replacement parts I should be looking for the PX9200 parts correct?
Yes, or any of the 92xx series like the 9205e, 9206e, 9202e, etc.
Awesome! Glad to hear that!!
Flexible suspension that it teach yoga 😂😂 lol great video as always thanks for sharing 👍💯
Lol ya I made myself chuckle a bit there 🤣🤣
Thanks for watching!!!
Thanks for good review. Which would you choose between this 200e. Hosim x07. Or even the x08
So they sell slip clutch options for this car? Never seen one!

Those Are oiled shocks I think even from the original 9200e. You just need to put oil in them although they do tend to leak easily
Ya I saw they mentioned that on the website, but I’ve had them opened up and they don’t look they would dampen any better unless you put petroleum jelly or something in it lol
@@DerbyCityRC make sure it has a rubber gasket. The new ones often don't come with one and I think that's a problem with the manufacturer
Ya I feel like the shock shafts are made out of hardened spaghetti noodles lol. They bend real easy.
You’re welcome man, thanks!
Just got this and it is QUICK. But the steering linkage could use some improvement. Any ideas on upgrades?
Oder a set off cheap adjustable short suspension links and use those
Dont you have a link ti but shell I need at least 2 more that fits this car
Just got this car. First brushless car. The charger that comes with it seems to only charge the 3s li-ion up to about 3.9v per cell. Is that normal? Not sure what the end total voltage should be for these packs. Any insight would be extremely helpful! Awesome video!
Ya know, I’m not quite sure.
Does the battery last when you run it in the car? I believe I was around 20 minutes of run time with it.
3.9 per cell should be about right, though. 3.9 x 3 = 11.7. 3s batteries are spec’d at 11.1.
Lithium ions generally hit around 4.2 on a full charge in my flashlights. I think 3.7 volts is the nominal voltage.
Enjoyed every minute of this review. Based !
Thanks!!
Glad you liked it 👍👍
Just got my hands on an hbx2995 off your link/recommendation and absolutely LOVE it!!
Nice jumps! Like watching ballet!
Thanks! It definitely is 😎
Looks like a pretty decent RC. They always have to leave out oil shocks LOL!
Lol I know! Maybe one day they’ll get the picture! 🤣
They are oil filled...you have to put the oil in...
They are oil filled shocks. You have to add the oil. I have one. Says right on the listing you have to provide the oil
Yaaaaa but even with oil they don’t work well, so I myself don’t want to advertise they’re oil filled lol. It also leaks out rather quickly.
That’s been my experience with these anyway lol
hell yeah!!
🔥🤜💥🤛
Hi there, is this the exact same Truggy as the DEERC 200e or what would the differences be? Other than the body of course. Thanks, just subscribed to your channel after watching a bunch of your videos. Keep up the awesome work!
Hey man!
Yes they are essentially the same. Chassis and related components for sure, but not sure if the motors are the same or not. Definitely similar if not. The other difference is this one comes with a 3 cell lithium ion battery so that makes it go faster than the 200e.
Glad you like the videos, thanks!!!
I’ll have to get a couple and one for my son would be more good content for my channel thanks man.
You’re welcome!
if I am going to use this truck with and FPV, I want to run it around my block only , but how can I make sure the truck and controler wont fail against the FPV signal?
I’m not an expert there unfortunately, but I believe it won’t be an issue. May just need to make sure your camera doesn’t run on 2.4GH
i see 5.8g on all of the accesories@@DerbyCityRC
Cool, then the way I understand it, there should be no interference.
Do the amazon shocks in the description come prefilled? The amazon page doesnt say anything about that. And also where can I get the oil, Im new to rc and dont know where to look
Yes they do come prefilled. They don’t use regular shock oil, they have a thick gel in them, which works really well.
Hook up both batteries with a split connector 😂 now that’s fast
🤣😅
Hey buddy, Just received the oil shocks you recommended. Do I need to add oil to them or are these pre filled to perfection on arrival ?
Awesome! All the sets I’ve ordered have been prefilled to perfection. Hopefully yours are too!
It should be safe for this truck since it’s technically a 3s batt if comes with. Just awesome be cautious and check for high temps!
Haha! Nice!
Yup I like those shocks alot!!
Wondering if you use a 3s Lipo battery.. Will it increase its speed? Thank You for this great vid.
It would likely add a mile N hour or two at the most, if any. Sometimes a lipo improves over a li-ion and sometimes it doesn’t. You’re welcome!!
They really all
Do it to some degree.
Is that the part you’re talking about?
i love this guy😄
Haha!
Thanks! 😀😃
Hi nice video, you did fly with this RC! :D
A question: DEERC 210E vs DEERC H16E, which to buy? (for beginner)
Thanks!
That’s kind of tough. Overall the h16e is probably a better car, but it’s smaller and still has its weak points. Also maybe a bit easier to get parts for as it shares almost all parts with the popular MJX 16208
@@DerbyCityRC many thanks! What grease do you recommend to to use for the engine/shaft gears? They are often without it, even when new
@flowmap those don’t typically need grease. You could put a small bit of something on them, but it’s not really a necessity. If you do, I’d say a small amount of white lithium grease will or wheel bearing grease that’s safe on plastic.
@@DerbyCityRC Thanks!😃
What is the pinion gears part number? I don’t have the part list and i got a new speed controller and motor for it but the pinion gear won’t come off of the motor and i don’t know what size it is
Just a shot in the dark here, but I had the ESC go bad on this car, can’t find a direct replacement, any ideas?
Hey, commenting from Canada! You don't have a lot of flex when it's -45 out lol
No yoga master steering links there!

Yup this is Amazon: amzn.to/3LdeGc3

Great vids! Does anyone know where I can get a metal spur gear for the Deerc 210E??
You can get one from pxtoysrc.com (if they still have it), however I’ve never actually needed it. I tried it once but it intermittently caused my gear mesh to be too tight so I went back to the stock plastic and never broke one. Used for quite a bit with my 3300kv Hobbywing motor. More power than the car could handle but never broke or stripped a spur lol
Is there a new version of these
Not that I know of!
Where can I find just the shell, I unfortunately found a drain pipe and hit it full on shattering the shell.
Ouch!!
Many body shells and other parts can be found on Pxtoysrc.com
Not sure if they have this she’ll just yet.

If I had to buy a car between a hbx 16889a brushless vs mjx 16208 brushless, which one is better
Very good question. I’ve been waiting on my version 2 MJX for a couple months. It’s on back order. So I can’t make that comparison yet, unfortunately.
How is Blackzon ?
I don’t have one so I don’t know for sure, but I know the Smyter is similar to the HBx 903a, which is my least favorite HBX basher.
What dimension batteries can fit in that chassis?
Don’t remember for sure, but these batteries fit almost perfectly and I believe they have the dimensions in the listing pictures.amzn.to/3UnyQUv
Besides the body, I’m pretty sure the only difference is the 210e comes with 3s batteries instead of 2s, so it’s quite a bit faster
Hey man would this Work on 4S ?
I don’t think I’d try it lol.
Electric components likely wouldn’t last long.
@@DerbyCityRC Yeah that's what I thought 😕
Coloque legenda em português por favor! Você tem seguidores aqui no Brasil. 🇧🇷✌🏼
I don’t think I can add that myself. I believe that is up to RUclips. I’ll see if I can figure it out for you 👍
Tu comprou esse RC car mano ? Eu acabei de comprar
O
Meu
@@igorguedes4611 Não mano, eu tenho um JLB cheetah 1/10 e aqui no Brasil tem bem poucas informação sobre esse meu automodelo. Só.pedi pra ele colocar as legendas nos vídeos deles.
but can he also drive slowly?
Yes I believe this one has the controls to slow it down.
good intro 🤣
Lol, thanks!!
yeah...
It did good!
niceeee ! liked and subscribed dude ! i also recently started posting rc content and its so much fun !
Awesome, thanks! It sure is!
Can a faster motor be fitted
Yes it can, but you would also have to replace the esc and transmitter. So if you’re going to do that, which I DO recommend, just get one of these cars here: amzn.to/3ubVgff
It’s the same exact chassis but comes with a brushed motor set so it’s cheaper. Only other difference is the body.
Here’s some videos on them, the only problem is Amazon seems to be out of stock of the Hobbywing motors.

@@DerbyCityRC great thank you love the reviews been looking at the Deerc 001e also can't decide
The 001e is a bit smaller, but seems like a decent car. Can’t say for sure cuz I don’t have one 🤣👍
Are these 1/10 or 1/12
They’re 1/12. These are ok, but if you’re looking in this size and price range I’d point you to something different.
The HBX 2997a or the Rlaarlo Omni-Terminator.
@@DerbyCityRC any of these cheap brands make a real 1/10 or 1/8? I really like the Terminator but it's also a bit small
I got 27 on 2s and haven’t tested 3s it’s so hard to keep straight so idk how you only got 17 maybe check your speed setting on the remote next time and show us
What is the best 1/10
TA Rival MT10
LOL, I actually built a battery like this by stripping some cellphone power banks and repurposing the 18650 cells!
Nice! It can certainly be done ✔️
@@DerbyCityRC i put this modded L-ion battery pack in this car, and now it is Insane! ruclips.net/video/d_MbwmHu3no/видео.html
jumps great but $200 is a bit pricey for its slow speed
Common sale price is $160. Not a bad deal there.
@@DerbyCityRC yea $160 isnt too bad for it. loving your vids btw, been watching them all evening.
Awesome I appreciate that! Not sure how many hours of videos I have out so far lol.
@@DerbyCityRC a lot lol
Haha! Oh I know! Lol
man, you beat up and abuse that RC like a p1mp and his 'employees'. Thanks to your beat-up test, I ended up buying the exact car myself.
That’s why I do it 💪💪😃😃
Dang 25.7mph thats it!? Lol my 2997A is way faster then that. I was about to buy 200e but glad I seen this video.
@boxer951 haha! Yup I think so! I love my Vorteks! Even with the stock setup.
how to wreck a car
No cars were wrecked in the making of this video
Did this dude actually this is good car ? Please stop lying to your watchers !! This car is a true POS !!
Oh ya?
What about this video made it seem like a bad car?
Two years later and we still use it sometimes. We actually take great pride in NOT lying here.
Don’t compare it to a $300 car because that’s not what it is.
Shame so slow
What was the 3s speed again?
For the price this one’s speed is pretty decent.
what kind of tires can i replace for my brushless tachyon
Hard to say, I haven’t done any tire upgrades on these yet. What type of driving you looking to do? Ramps and flips or on road racing?
