    Thanks for your great work! Training now with you for a while. I like that you are so down to earth, show that the excercises are also sometimes challenging for you, too. So many others do incredible stuff and make a show of not even breaking a sweat. Your training is perfect for a 55 years old male like myself. Thanks, man!

    Enjoyed this longer workout. I really like your videod. You keep it simple and easy to follow with helpful alterations to make it harder or easier. I like that this one having a warm-up and cool down included too. Felt the 🔥
