    (1) Pâte brisée (tart ring 20cm)
    -Ingredients
    cake flour 90g
    salt 1.5g
    unsalted butter (cold) 70g
    milk 20g
    -Recipe
    1. Mix the cake flour and salt in the bowl of the food processor.
    2. Add unsalted butter to the dry mixture and mix.
    3. Finally, pour milk and lump it together.
    4. Refrigerate covered dough on a plastic wrap for 2 hours.
    5. Dough into a 3mm thick ring and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
    (2) cherry tart
    -Ingredients
    cherry 500g
    sugar powder 10g
    -Recipe
    1. Wash the cherries clean and remove moisture.
    2. Remove the top and seeds of the cherry Cut in half.
    3. Sprinkle sugar powder on a refrigerated tart sheet and add cherries.
    4. Sprinkle sugar powder over the cherry and bake at 180℃ / 356℉ for 30 minutes.
    5. After cooling the finished tarts, sprinkle the remaining sugar powder.
