      @@bellapatki2214 Yes, just be gentle and do what is comfortable in the beginning. As the pain starts to reduce, you can do more. Avoid anything which feels uncomfortable. Most of the practices are easy to follow and will not aggravate the pain.

    I keep coming back to this practice. It does absolute wonders for me. Not just my back, but the whole body feels relaxed and supple. Advasana and baby Krishna are my favourites - my body releases a sound of relief when entering those poses.

    Very nicely spoken and very gentle, thankyou from Haiti where electricity doesn’t let me do this all the time but I will do it as often as possible as even the first time has given relief! Thankyou to the many ancients who developed all of yoga!

    A follower of Sivananda yoga from my Chennai days. Lifestyle changes and stopped yoga for a while. Recently had a back discomfort and tuned in here for a solution. Pain is getting manageable by the day and getting proper sleep. Glad that the center has extended sharing of newer sessions and videos. Appreciate it !

    I really enjoyed this video. I woke up with really bad lower back pain and I thought I was going to have to deal with it all day long. I decided to do pranayama and this video and those two things relieved my back pain immediately...very magical!!! Now my back pain has lessened! Thank you!

    During these Work from home times, my back took the toll. Fortunately I found this video and followed religiously for three weeks. I'm relieved of my back pain now and I continue to practice the Asanas to avoid the same situation in future. Thank you Sivananda Yoga Centre, Gurgaon 🙏

    I have been following this practice for several months now. Each time is fresh and rejuvenating. Just practiced again after a six hour drive, which made my back sore and stiff.     Excellent session. I am having low back pain and this flow gave good relaxation to the low back.
    Since there is no background music, all cues were audible and I could do it without looking g at the screen. 🙏🏼

    I just did it for the first time. I hope it helps the pull muscle in my back that I have for years. I continue to work hard and left heavy-duty things so sometimes the pain is continuous . When I did less work the pain is less when I exercise the back pain and burn. Thank you.

      Hello Stacy. This yoga practice is very mild. You must practice comfortably, without any extra effort. It will slowly ease the pain. The most important part of the class is to rest and relax the back. More than the exercises, it is the relaxation which is much needed and what will help you with your back pain.

    I got back pain for the first time in my life and I realised how important the back muscles are for each and every movement we do. The pain was bad but I wasn’t happy taking combiflam. That’s when I tried this practice and it had the same relieving effect as combiflam. Moreover, with combiflam the morning stiffness remained the same/ became slightly worse. But with this it became better. Thank you so much for this video😊🙏🏽

    Hello Arun, Thank you for this video. Now practicing I feel relief since I had slight stiffness in my back. Having been diagnosed with Osteopenia I need to eliminate rounding of the back, which I did, as this was perfect for me now, so being hopeful that you may have move yoga videos for this condition would be awesomely helpful ❤

    Thank you! I have been unable to practice my regular yoga for one week. I do not know how or why my back and both hips seized up, I could not move. Today, breathing and moving slowly, I had som relief. Thank you, 🙏🏻
