I just did it for the first time. I hope it helps the pull muscle in my back that I have for years. I continue to work hard and left heavy-duty things so sometimes the pain is continuous . When I did less work the pain is less when I exercise the back pain and burn. Thank you.
Hello Stacy. This yoga practice is very mild. You must practice comfortably, without any extra effort. It will slowly ease the pain. The most important part of the class is to rest and relax the back. More than the exercises, it is the relaxation which is much needed and what will help you with your back pain.
I got back pain for the first time in my life and I realised how important the back muscles are for each and every movement we do. The pain was bad but I wasn’t happy taking combiflam. That’s when I tried this practice and it had the same relieving effect as combiflam. Moreover, with combiflam the morning stiffness remained the same/ became slightly worse. But with this it became better. Thank you so much for this video😊🙏🏽

Having been diagnosed with Osteopenia I need to eliminate rounding of the back, which I did, as this was perfect for me now, so being hopeful that you may have move yoga videos for this condition would be awesomely helpful ❤
