+Mudzi Mansour Shellfish like prawns, langoustine, lobsters and crabs all have these clearish "bones" that are attached to the muscles that allows the animal to move. If you've ever had a crab claw you'll know what I'm talking about, if you hold onto it and wiggle it around you can move the tip of the claw even if its fully cooked. As for the video it looked like he twisted the claw slightly and this would've pulled on one of the "bones" and caused it to move the claw
