Your recipe was amazing I cooked this for my lovely wife and she really loved it I make it with hanasaki crab some king crab, and prawn, because now is winter in hokkaido japan so i can't find any cherry tomatoes but i got some italian pasata I was wonderful recipe from magnificent country and i combined it with some japanese seafood here Thank you sharing the recipe, without you disaster olive garden maybe could open their branch here in japan

That's awesome, I'm going to try that exactly, and then try it again and add some spicy peppers for something that's more "fra diavolo" sauce. Your methods for tomato sauces have not steered me wrong. I hand peeled and crushed tomatoes tonight to follow another one of your videos and my family loved it. Dinner in an hour and a half from whole ingredients besides the pasta. I dont have a roller so I've only made like sheet pasta which I can cut into squares, or whatever for ravioli and tortellini or strips for lasagna.

Heyy Vincenzo! For this I was intrigued in focusing on just the clams for this dish, but round vongole and long pasta sounds like a stark texture difference. Could I use penne instead? That way the clams, mussels, and pasta are roughly the same size. The way I see it is that the calamari and shrimp are long, so they go better with long pasta
