boy that brought back memories, Christmas Eve 2010 had the same thing happen to me, PVC air line blew apart and 2" piece chunk hit the side of my head, spent the night in ER room getting stitches, Doc said it missed my eye socket by less than 1/2 cm

A beautiful sign went out. Super.
I know this video is a bit old but sub freezing temps, pvc and pressure do not mix. The cold make the pvc way to brittle and can not take the pressure. Try running the same lines with pex tubing. It works a lot better and can take the colder temps.

Everything looked great, but the disgusting blue you put on the letters. It was all looking good until the kindergarten craft letters came along. Why did you do that. I'm sorry so rude, but Damn dude that was a horrible move.
