Arnaud paris hello boss thank
Thank god I watched right to the end lol
Truly an awesome build! As usual, he editing was seamless and brilliant!
Thanks for sharing, Paul! You are a big inspiration!
Thanks a bunch!
Hi Paul, you're one of the best video editing woodworking guys on the internet, and I can't believe you're under 1M subs! I have been inspired by your videos during I think 3 move of shops on your part, and it's still very interesting to follow you. I'm currently editing a pallet wood wall video for my own channel and then this comes up 😍😍👍👍. You have much responsibility for me starting my maker career with pallets! Much respect and a humble thank you from Denmark.
Wow, thanks! I think a pallet wall is a right of passage in the pallet woodworking world, can't believe it took me this long to do one.
@@JackmanWorks I can't believe what just happend - thank you so very much..!!
What is an enema?
It's kind of weird, but no one ever answered my question.
Absolutely love our new wall!! Such a fun and awesome project!!!
I love the wall too! Although, I think Graz wouldn't agree that it was a fun project :D
Oh sure, I could make interchangeable signs for both Total Boat and Narwhal Labs too if I had a CNC... and was a renowned pallet wood maker, and had an ongoing relationship with Total Boat, and had moved nearby due to my wife’s career, and had previously lived downstairs from Graz, and had a sick love of repetitive work, and, and...
So glad Graz still helped after you walked out of the interview 😆😆 *Transition* project is super cool!
Awesome build Paul! I was hoping to see more glorious B-Roll of that sweet LED backlightin'! :D
Awesome video and thank you for being awesome and wearing masks to protect those who need to be protected :)
Great work. Would you say a planer jointer combo a necessity for using reclaimed pallets?
Not necessary, but it definitely opens you up to many more projects. At least that's the case for the planer, the jointer is more of a luxury tool that isn't necessary, but is super nice to have.
Your videos are top notch, Paul! I always enjoy them so much! I love the endresult, which I had a wall like this in my workshop haha
Really nice video, sir. I loved the creativity and beauty of the finished results--particularly the lack of a frame where the signage floats, embedded in the wall. Kudos to Total Boat for helping produce videos like these.
Great project! Out of pallets nonetheless!!! 👍🏻
Always worth it
I keep hearing horror stories of shortages of palettes. They are hard to find and companies that require them for shipping have to delay shipping or pay much more to get them. It's like this crisis. I always assumed those wood palettes were like rats in NYC... you don't see them everywhere but you know there are millions of them (good lord don't watch the new Suicide Squad if you have issues with rats).
You do CRAPLOADS of palette wood projects have you encountered this shortage yet?
Hey, why don't you and that pallet lumber get a room! ;)
What is the make and model of your CNC machine?
That's the new X-Carve Pro, more details here: bit.ly/2TQeWXr
Hello boss arnaud paris Françe verynice
Hello 👋
Великолепно!!!!! Молодцы ребята!👍👍
1st time seeing your channel. subbed and liked and looking forward to binging your vids.
Awesome job, Paul! Makes me want to go out and get some pallet wood for a project.
Just saying, those were rabbets, not dados. Great work as always, man!
I'm pretty certain Paul's beard is made from pallet wood needles 😁
안녕하세요!! 너무 멋진 동영상이네요🤩🤩
Just curious what this wall cost them??? I need one built in my brewery!

Graz is such a Total Boat.
As always, a great video and always have me laughing!
Very good! Muito bom.
Thanks Ruffus!
Best video yet buddy. And that’s saying a lot because your videos are all good.
Enema is someone who interviews you in front of OSB.
Your editing skills are on another level. Nice work.
I appreciate that!
Transition! I'm going to try that when my wife asks me to vacuum.
Works every time haha
What were you guys using to remove the nails?
Superb video and great to have you back.
From the thumbnail onwards I was chuckling throughout. Great work. Thank you!
cool video thanks for sharing
Great film and editing. You're a good actor. I totally believed you were upset with Graz. : ) Awesome build, clever swappable design. Mahalo for sharing! : )
Trabalho sensacional!
I'm planning on doing this in my garage😁
Skill and new sub here thanks .
NoSB!!! lol I love it
No joke, that Narwhal labs epoxy logo is a thing a beauty.
It's almost as epic as Graz's beard... almost.
Gotta appreciate that hot dual planer action. Thought you already had a build video on doing the CNC work, but maybe I'm just thinking of IG posts. That three (four?) color inlay looks pretty sweet. Loved both videos! Thanks for sharing!
Te miro desde Honduras 😎
Omfg, literally that blew my mind. Fair bloody play to you for undertaking and achieving that project 😲👍 (incredible)
You're hilarious, and exceedingly talented. What a great idea for a build, and the multiple color epoxy logo looks incredible. Well done good sir.
Awesome Sign !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Jackman Hugh wishes he was
Looks awesome!
- 5:55 - I'm assuming you sealed the wood with the clear to prevent the pigment from bleeding and soaking in. Did you wait for the clear to cure, or just long enough to mix up the colour?
Thanks!
Need a slang term for getting a new Jackman video. Need my pallet fix vid. I'll sand your wood man 🤔 wait a min. . .
Always awesome! Great work!
Thank you! Cheers!
Love the hillview shirt LOL
Glad to see you back in Rhode Island.......even for a short time! DD
Súper !!! 💚🇵🇷💚
I really love your work. Second hand pallets are free here in the UK.
I've made plenty of old style picket fences before I retired. Also used to use the 4x4's as firewood. All free of course. The optimum size for firewood happens to be 4x4x4!
Profesional Job 🎉
👍👍👍😁
neat!
This is an absolutely awesome video! Greetings from Denmark
How do you store your pallet wood?
Man....we might be relocating, but I so want to do this wall in our next home. Current home office has a single wall with really thin tongue and groove cedar. Just cut down 8 foot stuff to 3 feet. My wife started it as a surprise while I was out of town. She stained them all different and random colors. I just painted back behind the knots and installed using a 18 gauge nails into the studs. Very cheap and got a good look from it. I really like what the pallet wood ads though with all the holes.
Eyeing that pile of dust in the corner of your shop and wondered: Ever think of making something akin to particle board out of shopdust (not that it has to be in board form either)? Or a composite resin block for turning?
Always great videos and transitions from Mr. Jackman.
I heard you can do something similar with hollow core doors?
Haha :D
Always entertaining stuff!
Glad to hear it!
Do you use the factory blades in your planer? Or have you upgraded to the multi tooth carbide cutters alot of other carpenters push?
wonderful. It's nice to see you guys working
Would nails be adequate for securing boards to a sheetrock backer if one doesn't have an (n)OSB wall available?
Definitely not, put furring strips on top of the sheetrock where the studs are or go thru the sheetrock to where the studs are
Yes it would be adequate, but only if you hit the studs. This wall was actually a sheetrock wall before we started, but we covered it in OSB so that we could nail anywhere we wanted, that way we didn't have to have the boards cut to length to hit the studs.
@@JackmanWorks Thanks for the reply!
TRANSITION!! That got a laugh out loud from me.
I also want a wall like this !!! Very cool !!!

Worked for me, no problems. FYI
It's working now :)
Transition is now my favourite transition.
Come for the woodwork stay for the editing… and the pallet wood
Awesome work Paul! 😃👍🏻👊🏻
what is that tool you are using to pop out nails? Pneumatic hammer?
"How are you?" "Indifferent." Ha.
Those are the best TRANSITIONS I have ever seen!
Nice work, looks great!
Yay more vids!
I'm back!!
Great video! Disappointed that you don't wear a mask when alone in your shop
Thanks! But I do though 😂
Is that the chicken wire mask for dust? If your interested I have some left over chain link fencing you can erect to keep the mosquitos out.
@@jjhanson1121 What's a chicken wire mask? I feel like I'm missing something here
What a hell of a job man!
Looks awesome
Tv show????
They're editing it right now! Supposed to be out in Dec/Jan
AWESOME!
Neat wall, Paul. What's your favorite wood? I guess you told them! Good to see you back. Take care.
