WD 40 is a good adhesive remover and is safe on painted plastic
Hello, I have a vehicle that had its rear bumper replaced, and a bumper protector installed. The body shop did not position the bumper protector right. So in the case of having a newly installed bumper protector on a freshly painted bumper, what is your suggestion on this? Thank you!!!
ugh man mine has came off 5 x dealership installed 3 x and it comes up after a couple months.. I gave up there is something wrong or there is flex in the back thats causing it on my car to pop up.. I went with an aftermarket carbon fiber one.. Hasnt moved yet crosses fingers
I need to know a double sided tape that works best for this
Old adhesive would come up really fast with 36 grit.
What kind of adhesive remover was that?
+Dustin Riordan You can use any adhesive remover. We had to remove the label for filming purposes
WD-40 works great on some adhivsives.
It's easy to remove old tape with simple gasoline.
