The video is extremely good.It is helping in my daily workout. It is kinda fast so all shall see this video in slow mo. This video helps me increase my speed so now I am agile not fragile.
Haha the music in the first 5 seconds spooked the hell outta me! I really like the workouts, it'll be super awesome if I could see in a little more angles/description of what to focus on when doing those workouts! My fav is the drumfire in 1:32, just that I tend to do much bigger steps. Cheers, keep the videos coming!
Thanks a lot for this. More angles would be nice, but I'm still thinking of a way to deal with it since my two cameras have no frame rate in common. There's a lot of details that I like better in your videos then in others. And some memories about my training as a child came up when watching your "Intense Attacking Footwork Drill" 😂 I remember that.... ten times that, ten times the finisher from this video, repeat. I don't know why we still liked our coach.
@@PlayFasterThanYourShadow Psss, here's a little secret, cut the clip :) I learned it from Six packs shortcut's Mike Chang. He cuts his videos all the time. But the videography makes it look as though it's taken in one shot using a handheld camera. While it's fake, it engages the viewer like 10x more because of the feeling of intensity, movement of sorts! (You get what I mean!) Haha I tried making long videos like intense attacking footwork, doesn't seem to popular I'm afraid :/ And YES i totally know what you mean, brutal but at that point of time, it just felt so worth pushing hahaha (Not with hindsight though!)
It'd be better if the rest intervals were actually 10 seconds and not skipped, that way we can follow along directly with the video and not need to pause to catch our breath😅. Apart from that, great video!
You're very welcome, but it's a one man show. ;) ruclips.net/p/PL3z4Zi2lmQXko9nHFQJ1JD0Ida0ERyjt_ Did you see those videos? Are you looking for something with more details or is that what you've been looking for?
It's a lot of quick and explosive movements, so it's not good as a first part of a warm up, but it can be used as a training element after warm up before hitting the courts.
brother I have yonex shoes or do I have a Nivea can I do agility in Nivea shoes or will there be any problem in the rest of the stepping in Yonex shoes
I am a very beginner in these kind of exercise, so what vedio should i watch first? When i can start these exercise with speed, aftet 2 or 3 weeks in slow motion or else? Tnx
You can do all the exercises and just start slowly and gradually increase the speed, just stick to a peace at which you can execute them properly. If there's one Legged exercises (I'm the other video) and you feel uncomfortable with it, you can always do them with both legs instead.
@@BadmintonBecky Sounds like bad news, I hope you're all healthy or at least you're not back in hospital. Maybe you're just not at your home club at the moment [keeping my fingers crossed]? Nice teaser though! ;)
It really depends on the rest of your schedule and your overall condition. Doing it more than once per session (at the beginning, just after warm up) probably won't help.
@@prathamagarwal2976 Sure! I have two follow along routines that are great too start with, at least one more will be coming as soon as I can motivate myself to get back to making videos, but for beginners the two on my channel are probably better anyway.
Well... when you cut out rest times, that happens. Follow the instructions and you have a roughly 5 minute workout that you include as the last part of your warm up before playing, for example.
I will add your superb interval training to my Badminton training thank you both 🙏🏻
Thanks for your supportive comment!
Here it's two people, true. But he was only a guest who wanted to be part of some videos. I'll let him know.

Pushing the limits when doing on court footwork drills is great to get rid of useless movements, too.

Such a great video!!
Thanks!

Did you see those videos? Are you looking for something with more details or is that what you've been looking for?
Without heavy or expensive equipment... Awesome video
Thank you. That's what I'm trying to do.
Excellent1 Can I do this to warm up?

Do you need soft surface for this excersice? Hard ok or not?
This is like a badminton specific crossfit workout! Nice!
Next video on your channel: You and your coach doing my off-court workouts? I'd watch it! ;)
@@PlayFasterThanYourShadow Hahaha, you'll see in my next video why that isn't possible, but maybe sometime in the future!

Real time workout videos are on my list. Thanks for the reminder!

How many time in a week I should do this ?
I cannot give recommendations to a player I don't know.
Every exercise do for how long???
My suggestion for the intervals are in the video and it you follow that, you'll end up around 5 minutes overall when doing all the exercises
title: 5 minutes
length: 4 minutes
