Hi Jessica, I've been following your pllates from beginner for the last 6 months and everytime I divert to something else, I always seem to come back to you. You have been my motivation and encouragement. I know this is another milestone that you will cross and come out a champion. I wish you a speedy recovery. ❤❤❤
Jessica, your videos have helped me so much in my journey this past year. Whether healing after abdominal surgery or managing chronic migraines, scoliosis and hip dysfunction, I always come to your content. Your gentle, non-judgmental approach has been so refreshing, and makes it easy to get back on track-even when it feels like I’m at rock bottom!! I’ve found your personal journey and mindset so inspirational! Whenever I’m at my lowest (physically, mentally) I always remember your advice to “focus on what I *can* do”. A million thanks, wishing you a smooth recovery ❤️
Thank you so much for this video. Thank you for sharing your journey . As I am 40 years old, I train like an athlete. I HIIT train 4 days a week. I am 125lbs, 5'3" and 20% body fat. Fitness is my life. 7 days ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I've opted to do a bilateral double mastectomy vs lumpectomy. Surgery is next week on 8/26 I want to just do surgery and begin the healing process and find my fit lit again. I am saving this video and subscribed to your channel. Thank you for your bravery. You are not alone ❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much. I am 6 weeks out from implant surgery with double mastectomy 4 1/2 months ago. I had the exact same diagnosis as you. I just got released to exercise so I am very grateful to have some guidelines. If you could do any more videos similar to this for going to next level, I would appreciate it.
Hey Jessica! Do you have a series of exercises you'd suggest for people who can't put pressure on the wrist? I had a wrist injury that I'm kind of now permanently stuck with pain and can't do much with it. I used to do a lot of yoga and pilates, but since the injury I've had trouble finding enough exercises to really give my body exercise that don't involve the wrist 😭
I had chemo, radiation and my breast reconstruction surgery about 2 years. Still have peck muscles spams on the left side and can only left my arm now to shoulder level. Physical therapy forever it seems like. I dont think i will get the full mobility back. Looking for more strength and stretches. Well wishes to you.
