For the chocolate , any chocolate is ok but you can get dark compound (dark chocolate ) or milk compound ( you can get them easily from Amazon ) for the melting of chocolate you can do the double boiling method ( you can watch how to do it from RUclips ) or you can just cut them in small peices and microwave them make sure to check on it every 10 seconds , if you don't have the piping bag you can put it in a ziplock bag and cut it at the end or just make one using parchment paper , and it's the same chocolate in the bowl and the one in piping bag
