Started watching you because of the few vids you have on the male side of issues with the pelvis. I think sleep applies to us too so much. For us it’s sometimes not possible because of pain or urinary issues :(. Still when you are able to sleep there is indeed such an improvement. Many thanks for all you do!

You're welcome, RJTech! Yes, sleep is HUGELY important for pain control, hormonal health, stress management, and emotional + physical health. As I said in the video, it's not exactly a "sexy topic" but it's essential!

Wow ladies! Thank you Both for sharing this video. Absolutely wonderful the video. Listening to you guys talk about sleep has made me aware of my own sleep needs. Thank you for that awesome tip you shared when you can't fall asleep at night or you wake up an your body can't fall back asleep. Tip: Doing something positive or something you love in that time slot when your body won't allow sleep, was a great way to full that time slot. I appreciate the knowledge shared!!! Thanks so much ladies 💚💙

I'm so glad you watched this video! Yes, Christine shared some GREAT tips, and I do think it's key to not "beat yourself up" when you can't sleep (or when you can't fall back asleep). That's just going to make things worse!

Hi jhon wick! Relaxation techniques are very helpful for CPPS; you might also like my Pelvic Pain/Tension playlist. You can view it here: ruclips.net/p/PLDputRBPsHFQJ6PhSXjW54Oi-QoNCqsGL And I definitely recommend seeking care from a women's health physiotherapist (pelvic floor specialist) in your area.
