Thank you so much! I’ve listened to a lot of therapists but not one has said they can help me learn to get on my knees again and walk down the stairs correctly again! I will be using your techniques!

So glad to know kneeling is possible! Something to shoot for down the line since I just had a TKR!

You explain everything so easy. Thank you. My problem is the I had two right foot surgeries. Morton neuroma between second and third toe. my toe next to big toe was shortened by shortening the bone and I had a long pin in it but removed eventually. So bending my toes sometimes give me pain. No high heels for me. Has been three plus years so I am trying.

Thank you for this very informative video. Kneeling and getting back up is such a painful event that I dread the need to do it. I will certainly start working on getting my knees used to gradual pressure as you showed. Thank you again for sharing your knowledge. ❤

I really appreciate you and love you for sharing your expertise with the world. I had a tire 6 moths ago. I have severe compartmental osteoarthritis in the other knee with bone on bone spacing. No pain yet and really do not want that day to come. I will be doing your exercises. Thank you again!

This is great Alyssa. Thank you so much once again for your RUclips and Instagram content. I had TKR 6 years ago and only now can I kneel on a soft surface. It's not pain that prevents it but the sensation in your knee like a feeling of a steel block inside. I can't really explain.

Hello I’m 41 and have watched your vids on feet since I have inflammation in them but my knees suddenly got arthritis in the knee and specifically on the patella - I’m always scared even though I’m relatively strong and fit and I can kneel I just tend to avoid it due to fear and pain. Do you have video specific to knee cap arthritis??

Super practical--I was told the same thing about kneeling. My PT gave me the same bed exercises. I think you have to essentially get acclimated, at least that's how it is for me 👍

yes, getting your knees to tolerate the position and accepting weight is very important when it comes to kneeling!

I’m so afraid to kneel on my knee replacement. Was told never to kneel on it. 😏

A lot of people are but there’s no evidence saying it’s not possible. It’s all about building up to it
