I watched this, but for me, with less tech savvy than a 1st grader, it was an annoying experience. Clearly Victor understands how to fix this, he just didn't communicate it effectively to me. I found the instructions very difficult to follow given the format he chose. I would have much preferred "cookbook style" step-by-step written instuctions.
But the even more annoying aspect of this experience was realizing that, once again, the Microsoft Machine has made my life more difficult. Those "genius-fools" over at Microsoft have designed what shoud be a very simple feature to be as complicated as they could possibly make it. Thanks Microsoft!! You got me again!! And BTW, are you still wondering why Apple has no difficulty selling their Microsoft alternative products?? Well here's one example of why

Hello sorry sir, may I ask something? I have tried many ways but nothing works. The buttons on my keyboard all work well, and the display for adjusting brightness on my laptop also has no problems. But strangely, the brightness didn't change at all.
Initially my laptop was fine. At that time I was watching a RUclips video, then I left my laptop for a moment. When I came back, the RUclips video was freezing, but the sound was normal. It's like the sound of the video is still running, but the picture isn't. Then I decided to close the RUclips tab.
At that time, my laptop's brightness went a little dark on its own, I turned the brightness setting up and down, but nothing changed. And finally I restarted my laptop. When turned on, the brightness actually becomes very bright and cannot change until now.
Do you perhaps know why this might be happening? Thank you very much, I really appreciate your attention 🙏

장치관리자 -> 디스플레이 어댑터 -> 드라이버 ->드라이버 업데이트하니까
기본 그래픽 잡힘... 그이후로 밝기조절 잘 됩니다.

I find that restarting and entering BIOS (spamming f2 on startup) generally resolves any problem with the brightness setting disappearing
