I cracked on for 40 years until I cracked. God took me on a journey in to my past and it was horrific, I actually asked God to let me die as I was unworthy of salvation, but he saved me anyway. Now I'm at peace with myself, God has healed my past. All glory to God. God bless you sister

Something like this happened to me 9 years ago. At an altar call to "surrender all" the Lord dealt with my single state "for the Lord"and blew my cover! I was so angry and embarrassed to instantly see my real motives for "being married to the Lord" - I was angry, scared and defensive and put up this huge wall of "saintliness" behind which the angry, hurt part of me was hiding! I want to testify that the Lord completes every good work He starts and that day was the beginning of a whole new era in my life and ministry.

You are very brave and I truly am inspired by your journey in Jesus Christ. I recently had a similar experience when I prayed for healing from past sins. I went into a terrible turmoil and felt so lost and vulnerable, totally abandoned by everything. Eventually I confessed some secrets I was holding for so many years, to Christ and to my husband. I then was released and through the following months have had a more deeply intimate relationship with Jesus. Thank you for your time, honestly, and beautiful heart ❤️
I’m going through the same thing right now. The Lord has brought trauma to the surface for me and even showed me that I have depression I didn’t even know I had. It’s been a painful process over the past year of getting to where I am now. I will be and have been working thru the trauma of the past with a Christian counselor the Lord has put in my path. All I know is I wouldn’t be in this place if it wasn’t for the Lord. The psalms have really been a comfort to me lately as I’ve been battling the enemy as well. The enemy will always try to prevent healing. I do have the confidence that all Christians going through this place of sanctification will see the light. Praise the Lord :-)

Hello Chelsea, The honesty and courage you show in your videos is very encouraging to me. A willingness to go deeper with the LORD even when it is Scary, and it can definitely get Scary when we have to look at ourselves and all our Ugliness. GOD wants to do a Deep Cleansing of those things that once shaped and defined who we were. As a believer with a desire to grow and mature spiritually, Satan has also use people in the Church to discourage me The Most! My former wife sang Christian music but was not honest, I have had many Pastors be unwilling to be completely honest and cower away in fear. But my biggest enemy is myself and my unwillingness at times to trust GOD with the Deep seated fears and pains in my life. I love this video because you spoke about everything I have been going through for a couple of years. I had never experienced it before and didnt understand what was happening for a while at first. I was flooded with all kinds of memories, and really saw myself with His eyes instead of mine. I was so disgusted. I really didnt want to remember these things, and was wishing for my memories to be erased forever. However, it really made me see more of what He saved me from, even when I thought I was such a good person back then or justified in these things. I also felt so much condemnation from the enemy, and didnt handle that as wisely as you did. I had grieved about the condemnation until the Lord had to shake me out of it a few times. There is nothing hidden that wont come to Light, but we love Him and we will come to Him. He is the Light. Through Him, He will reveal everything about ourselves and reveal Himself in us. I love this video, thank you for sharing and its encouraging to know we arent alone.

Praise the Lord! I was blessed by your honest testimony. Sanctification is a part of our Christian journey if we recieve it from the Holy Spirit. It sounds like you are coming into the fullness of what God has for you. Releasing unforgiveness even with self, pulling down strongholds that have no use in God's Kingdom and repenting and letting go of the past is the beginning of more intimacy with God. similar thing happened to me! I felt the enemy attack me in such a painful way which made me realize that this certain area of my heart wasn't fully healed yet. So I asked God for help and I feel like He is gradually working on me.

Same exact thing happened to me. I didn’t want to have another relationship ever again. But it was a defense and fear. I humbled myself and allowed the Lord to do what He planned for my life. I didn’t want it, but He had another plan. He gave me a spouse. I’ve learned and I’m still learning lots of lessons from yielding to God’s plan. He taught me that my bad relationship experiences were effecting my relationship with Him and He wanted to teach me a few things about that. He’s still changing my heart through this marriage of mine.
Our Precious Lord leaves no stone unturned, He loves us so, so much that He longs to bring complete healing! We are damage goods until He makes us shiny & new in His image! Once you are healed the enemy no longer has any ground to pull you back! God Bless You Chelsea! ❤🕊❤

When I recently was going through a big valley- what came to me is the scripture in John that says "no one knows the Father unless Jesus reveals him to them" . This came to me reminding me that he did reach down and choose me, and if he did choose to reveal the Lord to me then he must trust that I can change my heart . He must have faith in my strength that I can change my old behaviors that are rooted in me and that I must have faith in myself. I was overwhelmed with my old behaviors coming out and seeing my old patterns in relationships and how I've treated so many people and treated myself. So it brought me so much comfort for the Holy spirit to remind me to not doubt that I can do this because he chose me to do this. He believes in me or he wouldn't have saved me drastically out of my old life. Just like you, he has faith in your transformation. Your renewal. Much love to you sister . Proud of us.
Thank You, Your messages are so uplifting! The Lord doesn't just fix our old self, He creates/makes us into a new self, a new creature and slowly (or sometimes quickly), allows the old self to die in us. Many times the death throes of the old self is a painful process of trials, temptations and tribulations because the old self (flesh) wants you back. But in the long run it's so worth it to stay on that narrow path and let the Lord reborn you into a new creature in Christ.

Girl Preacher if you do not understand the secret behind testing the Spirits then you are definitely bring led by the devil. How To Test And Discern The Spirits Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world. You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. They are of the world. Therefore they speak as of the world, and the world hears them. We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.” I John 4:1-6 NKJV If you have repented of your sins and you have accepted Jesus Christ our Savior into your life, you are now anointed with His Holy Spirit. But most Christians do not really understand exactly what this means or even know to allow the Holy Spirit to guide them in their life. Some have asked what is the Holy Spirit and how do I even know that He is even with me? So allow me now to explain. First you must understand that it is the Spirit’s job to change your heart and to make you Holy and He does this by purifying and sanctifying your heart in God’s truth. But in order for this to occur you must now do your part and you must surrender your will to the Spirit and you must allow Him to teach and to guide you. Sadly, this is where the majority of Christians fail and go astray because they end up being deceived by the devil, since they lack understanding of how to test and discern the Spirits. So what is your Spirit and just how do you even test it? God told us how in 1 John 4:1-6. When God uses the term Spirit you have to now ask yourself, what exactly is it that makes you do the things that you do. Take a moment and think about what it is that motivates you throughout your day? When you wake up in the morning, what makes you decide to do the things that you are going to do on that particular day? Some things you do out of habit or maybe you follow a daily routine, but others things you do are coming from these suggestions that just seem to pop up in your mind. This thought process that is making these suggestions to you is either pushing you to do something or it is telling you to forget it. And when you get these suggestions you usually either go and act on them or you just end up rejecting the idea. So what is this thing that has you making certain choices and decisions throughout your day. THIS IS YOUR SPIRIT. Next you need to understand that some of these thoughts or suggestions that run through our minds are from God while others are from the devil, who rules this evil fallen world. Once you have accepted Jesus into your life you now have His Holy Spirit inside of you and so your thoughts and His thoughts are now one, which means that you and Jesus are now united in your Spirit. In the past you may have had times that it seemed like you were talking to yourself in your thoughts, but since you now possess the Holy Spirit, you now need to believe that God is now communicating with you. Now in order to hear from the Spirit you must have faith, you must believe in this truth and you definitely must be relaxed. So now the next time when you are alone and when everything is peaceful and quiet, ask Jesus a question in your thoughts and then listen for an answer. Make sure that you phrase your question in such a way that it can only be answered with a simple yes or a no. Your Spirit will now answer you and you will either feel or hear the reply. Once your Spirit gives you the yes or no answer to your question you then need to test whether you were hearing from the Spirit of God or from a demon Spirit. You must do this with every question that you ask from God because you need to make sure that the answer that you received was correct. How you go about testing the Spirits is simply by asking in your thoughts “Did Jesus come in the flesh.” If you hear yes then it was the Spirt of God who answered you and if you hear a no then it was some demon spirit who is trying to deceive you. If you hear a yes to “Did Jesus come in the flesh” then the answer to the question that you asked is correct (truth). If you hear a no to “Did Jesus come in the flesh” then the answer that you received to your question is a lie (error) and so this means that your answer is the opposite of what you originally heard. Here is an example. If I ask, Dear Jesus am I saved and I hear a yes and then I ask Did Jesus come in the flesh and hear yes again, this means that I heard directly from God. If I ask, Dear Jesus am I saved and I hear a no and then I ask Did Jesus come in the flesh and I hear no again, this means that I am hearing the voice of a demon who is trying to deceive me and so my answer to am I saved is actually yes. Now let’s say I ask, Dear Jesus was Martin Luther King Jr saved and I hear a yes and then I ask “Did Jesus come in the flesh” and I hear a no this means that a demon is trying to get me to believe that he was saved but he actually was not and so the correct answer from God would be that Martin Luther King Jr was not saved. So now if you rephrase your question and ask, so Jesus are you telling me that Martin Luther King Jr was not saved, you will hear a yes and when you follow up with “Did Jesus come in the flesh,” you will hear a yes again. I used Martin Luther King Jr as an example because I did ask the Lord about him and I was surprised when He told me that he was not saved. This got me wondering why and so I did some research on him. One of the things that King Jr taught was that there were different paths to our salvation besides Jesus Christ. WRONG! So now think about this, you have many people here on earth honoring a man who God considered evil and wicked. This is an example of how the Holy Spirit will reveal to you His truth and why this world is so mixed up and evil. By the way here I s just one of the articles that I found on Martin Luther King Jr. Was Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. a Christian? The more you do this the closer you will get with God and the more knowledgeable you will become. You can ask if someone you encounter knows how to discern the Spirits or not. You can ask if someone believes or not and you can even ask if someone was saved or not. How is this possible you may ask? Because you are communicating directly with Jesus who knows what dwells inside everyone’s heart and you are talking with the Spirit of truth. So now as you are reading scripture start asking Jesus every time that you have a question. The more often you ask the faster you will learn. Remember this though, God is looking for you to seek the wisdom and He is not going to automatically give you the knowledge. You will not be given long responses to your questions and this is why you have to be very specific in what you ask and how you phrase your question. You have to desire the wisdom and seek it from Him yourself and certain questions are definitely off limits. You cannot ask God about future things and you cannot ask any questions that would be testing Him. If you do you will always hear the wrong response and then you will know not to go there again. One woman that I taught told me that she was surprised at how often she heard a no when she asked “Did Jesus come in the flesh” and she said that she did not realize just how deceiving the devil actually can be. I told her that is absolutely correct and this is why many believers go astray and why they will eventually perish. She then mentioned that it seemed like she was hearing the answers to her questions even before she asked them and so I sent her this scripture. “It shall come to pass That before they call, I will answer; And while they are still speaking, I will hear.” Isaiah 65:24 NKJV. Her response was a simple, WOW So start believing that you can test the Spirits and stop allowing the devil to deceive you into believing the lies that he has fabricated all throughout this world. Spend your time understanding how to communicate directly with Jesus and just watch how your life will change as you grow in the knowledge and the wisdom of the Lord. I also guarantee that you will experience some amazing things as you learn from Jesus and hopefully you will become one of the few, who enters through the narrow gate. “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. When I was younger I had always said I didn’t want children or to be married but the Lord has other plans for me and now I have a beautiful son and a loving husband Praise be to the Lord Jesus!! He is Good all the time!!

That was me-in reverse! 🙈 When I came to the Lord, I wanted to marry and go into motherhood straightaway! To grow a family and tend a household (and busy myself SO much that I couldn’t possibly have the time or energy needed to deal with the issues in my life and heart that the Lord was _absolutely, positively_ GOING to bring front and center 🤭😳) Years later I can now see how I too was operating out of fear and desired to use these titles and gifts as a defense to hide behind in order to avoid allowing Him into the hidden parts of my heart. And how truly unprepared I wouldve been and how unfair it would’ve been to the family I desired if I’d been given what I craved then! I’m still single and don’t know what the future holds but I’m so grateful for the Lords wisdom and kindness...How gently He grows us 😌❤️ 🌾
You have no idea what an encouragement you are to me. My feelings about the U.K. have always been so hopeless, since all I've ever seen is the massive anti-Christian atheism of all the people on the BBC television and the old, dead/dying depiction of the churches there. I ached for the UK because it just seems so utterly lost. Hearing you and seeing the Lord so obviously at work in YOU and how vibrant you are in Him ... it gives me such hope that he's not abandoning your land, and that's just so encouraging to me. It's a mix of hope, fear, doubt etc. I will go to christian therapy because I know I can't deal with it on my own and need help from other believers. Similar thing happen to me... As i was praying i began to cry because i was remembering how sinful i was, i am! And remembering how wicked i behaved, the things I've done, the way i acted yet in spite of that pursued my heart and deemed my soul good enough from the beginning, he opened the veil so i can see.. See myself for who i am, a sinner but also see him for who he is, a king who is seated at the right hand of power! And i began to pleaed for his mercy and his grace and i know im not good enough and i thank him i dont have to be because he saved me and sanctified me not by my own doing but by his sons, Christ Jesus.. And i take his righteousness over my own, completely! I always say "God to this day you're the only one who can bring me to tears.." Not of tears of sorrow but tears of joy and repentance because the weight of what he's done becomes to clear to me, the pain and the cross that stood Before him and he died for me.. Yet im not worthy to remove the sandals from his feet... He is worthy.
It seems from Scripture, that God places such a bigger premium on our spiritual well being than our physical. "What is seen is transient but the things that are unseen is eternal"- 2 Cor.4:18 (ESV) We should continue to be built from the inside, which will affect every other outflow from us. This is so important and needed as something we speak about. So many woman/people (including myself) just completely shut the door on romance or desires of a God glorifying relationship because they fear past trauma and don’t want to take responsibility for things they did also. ‘My relationships have never been good, therefore I don’t want them at all.’ I’ve caught myself having so many self pitying tantrums over such things.

Isn't is so amazing that no matter how many times the devil tries to get us to fall, and even sometimes succeeds in us falling, once we've given our lives and our hearts to Him, He ALWAYS manages to turn it around for His will and glory. Often its something We have to be willing to See or realize and understand it in for us to receive His gift, but no matter if we are willing to learn from it or not, He nonetheless always gives us the opportunity. I fell into sin recently and the Lord turned it around completely by me finally understanding profoundly some things regarding that particular sin that I had not understood before. And when you think about how God really is above Everything and how even the devil need to get His permission to even mess with you, all because He already knows the beginning to the end, well... The great thing about God is that he works on us in stages. At first, he fills us up with grace mercy and love; answering most all our prayers. But as we walked closer to him he will demands us to leave the things that hinder. The demons of the past would always visit me for instance. I have a parent that was abusive and I witness domestic violence, extreme alcoholism and drug us. It has scarred me for the last 36 years. Because of all I experience, I was very angry even after I had been born again for 20 years. If anyone verbally malign me or belittle me in any way; I would be incredibly aggressively defensive. The Lord should me in a vision after taking a intense bible study program. The Lord showed me at a long stone wall that was 7 feet heigh and circular. There was a tree next to the wall and a huge split in the wall that caused a gap to open and fall down. I was in front of the split guarding it. I had a large sword and anyone( friend or foe) who came near, I would start swinging. The Lord Jesus walked up to me and said, I’m not here to harm you. Put it down, because where we are going you can’t take that with us. The Lord showed me that the sword was my anger. He showed me how completely broken I was and how much I needed him. Sense then, there has been a lot of healing. The mercy of the Lord is deep and the grace of God is wide. The love of Jesus is unfathomable. Why he loves the least is beyond me. Why he puts up with my weakness shows his grace all the more. No matter how how much I screw up, the hounds of his mercy never fail. You are being transformed from glory to glory. Its uncomfortable but more than worth it.
Hey love you're doing your best and God always knows the stuff no one else sees, let the past go its got nothing to do with your future everyone has a front unfortunately I lost my dad in February and it took him to be dying to squeeze out I love you, so talk about a screwed up past and emotions it never stops to get you down if you let it, but also know God does never force us into anything so watch out for what is true and what is false x

However, Jesus Christ did remind me how much he loved me and how I will be included in the Rapture and to not give up hope. Thank you so much Abba Father for your Son the Lord Jesus Christ. Luckily, I have overcame my depression and waking up early again happy to be alive. Persecution and exclusion for being a Christian with good morals and values is very painful in this life, but Jesus Christ warned up about this.

Thank you for the videos! I have a question I just watched your “the secret” and “Laws of attraction”. I agree with what you said on new age, looking to be God and please the flesh. But Matthew 7:7 ask and it will be given to you. Galatians 6:7 we reap what we sow. Etc. I feel the “The secret” is true in a biblical sense, in what we think in our minds can come to be. It’s just twisted into a worldly way for masses without the ultimate eternal goal of Jesus. I think it could be a tool for Christians. I could be wrong, I’m curious on your thoughts. God Bless!
That's what I want. Live transparently. I've been asking God to expose what's in my heart, but certain things I'm just too traumatized to bring up. I want to, but my reflex is to hide so I'm still burdened by a lot 😅 In heaven there is no shadow so like I want to also practice that on Earth, being transparent is freeing.
God leads us into middle of the fear to grow us. He leads us into the areas where our fear dwells and He says “Do you trust Me?” And even if you can’t FEEL it choose to affirm what you know of God with your mouth. And so answer again and again “I trust You in this place. I trust You with my brokenness.”

I've not been able to discern properly what was from the enemy and what was from God in the past, in daily spirituality. It's helpful to hear someone with discernment giving their experience. Instead of the try it and see approach, I would love to be able to have concrete knowledge before hand of if its sent to test me or if it's meant to be clear direction from him.
My husband is battling porn addiction while I deal with the trauma of his porn addiction. It is something that will never go away...I will always have the wound but all wounds heal as long as they arent opened again.

That was a wonderful, from the heart, self reflective; mining the depths of your soul while realizing you've only cracked the surface, wholly honest testimony! Bravo! We like things in nice little packages don't we, predictable, formulaic, routine and linear because it appeals to our limited knowledge and understanding and it really feels like we're doing the heavy lifting and in control while God is sitting back, watching and observing our great gains and strides, applauding our efforts and quite enamored with our progress, err...that is until we realize that we're actually doing oh so little, no matter how much we do and He is still doing all of the heavy lifting! This I think is captured so well in Psalm 139. God saw our whole life lived out before we were even born and He fashioned us to live that life that culminates in being with Him. By the way, that culmination is a marriage. Jesus is the groom and the church the Bride. Earthly marriage is an institution to shed light on our spiritual marriage with God! Romans 8:28 also captures a bit of this essence, that is I mean the lifting part! Is it not God that is arranging behind the scenes that always brings us into His court where we see our grotesqueness, fall upon our face, weep and plead for forgiveness and change? You've just experienced this and you will many more times, but you will also experience great joy and victory as well as the sweetness of being used to help guide the lost sheep into His kingdom. No doubt you already have experienced this! More on all of this later, but I just wanted to get an initial word of encouragement in. One last bit before I go; dear, sweet lady...you already are in His kingdom, saved and set free, you just haven't experienced the finality of it, but according to Him...you're home! Philippians 1:6-7 and... John 10:27 - 10:30 (NKJV) 27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. 28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. 30 I and My Father are one.” *Not even Satan can take you out of God's salvation! Oh He will endlessly try, but he's deceived in thinking he can! Alas, he cannot and never will! I cracked on for 40 years until I cracked. God took me on a journey in to my past and it was horrific, I actually asked God to let me die as I was unworthy of salvation, but he saved me anyway. Now I'm at peace with myself, God has healed my past. All glory to God. God bless you sister

Something like this happened to me 9 years ago. At an altar call to "surrender all" the Lord dealt with my single state "for the Lord"and blew my cover! I was so angry and embarrassed to instantly see my real motives for "being married to the Lord" - I was angry, scared and defensive and put up this huge wall of "saintliness" behind which the angry, hurt part of me was hiding!
I want to testify that the Lord completes every good work He starts and that day was the beginning of a whole new era in my life and ministry.

I went into a terrible turmoil and felt so lost and vulnerable, totally abandoned by everything. Eventually I confessed some secrets I was holding for so many years, to Christ and to my husband. I’m going through the same thing right now. The Lord has brought trauma to the surface for me and even showed me that I have depression I didn’t even know I had. It’s been a painful process over the past year of getting to where I am now. I will be and have been working thru the trauma of the past with a Christian counselor the Lord has put in my path. All I know is I wouldn’t be in this place if it wasn’t for the Lord. The psalms have really been a comfort to me lately as I’ve been battling the enemy as well. The enemy will always try to prevent healing. I do have the confidence that all Christians going through this place of sanctification will see the light. Praise the Lord :-)

The honesty and courage you show in your videos is very encouraging to me. A willingness to go deeper with the LORD even when it is Scary, and it can definitely get Scary when we have to look at ourselves and all our Ugliness. GOD wants to do a Deep Cleansing of those things that once shaped and defined who we were.
As a believer with a desire to grow and mature spiritually, Satan has also use people in the Church to discourage me The Most! My former wife sang Christian music but was not honest, I have had many Pastors be unwilling to be completely honest and cower away in fear.
But my biggest enemy is myself and my unwillingness at times to trust GOD with the Deep seated fears and pains in my life. HE want to Complete The Work HE started in Us and I pray that we would continue to cooperate with HIM in that.

I love this video because you spoke about everything I have been going through for a couple of years. I had never experienced it before and didnt understand what was happening for a while at first. I was flooded with all kinds of memories, and really saw myself with His eyes instead of mine. I was so disgusted. I really didnt want to remember these things, and was wishing for my memories to be erased forever. However, it really made me see more of what He saved me from, even when I thought I was such a good person back then or justified in these things. I also felt so much condemnation from the enemy, and didnt handle that as wisely as you did. I had grieved about the condemnation until the Lord had to shake me out of it a few times. There is nothing hidden that wont come to Light, but we love Him and we will come to Him. He is the Light. Through Him, He will reveal everything about ourselves and reveal Himself in us. I love this video, thank you for sharing and its encouraging to know we arent alone.

similar thing happened to me! I felt the enemy attack me in such a painful way which made me realize that this certain area of my heart wasn't fully healed yet. So I asked God for help and I feel like He is gradually working on me.

Same exact thing happened to me. I didn’t want to have another relationship ever again. But it was a defense and fear. I humbled myself and allowed the Lord to do what He planned for my life. I didn’t want it, but He had another plan. He gave me a spouse. I’ve learned and I’m still learning lots of lessons from yielding to God’s plan. He taught me that my bad relationship experiences were effecting my relationship with Him and He wanted to teach me a few things about that. He’s still changing my heart through this marriage of mine.

When I recently was going through a big valley- what came to me is the scripture in John that says "no one knows the Father unless Jesus reveals him to them" . This came to me reminding me that he did reach down and choose me, and if he did choose to reveal the Lord to me then he must trust that I can change my heart . He must have faith in my strength that I can change my old behaviors that are rooted in me and that I must have faith in myself. I was overwhelmed with my old behaviors coming out and seeing my old patterns in relationships and how I've treated so many people and treated myself. So it brought me so much comfort for the Holy spirit to remind me to not doubt that I can do this because he chose me to do this. He believes in me or he wouldn't have saved me drastically out of my old life. Just like you, he has faith in your transformation. Your renewal. Much love to you sister . Proud of us.
Thank You, Your messages are so uplifting! The Lord doesn't just fix our old self, He creates/makes us into a new self, a new creature and slowly (or sometimes quickly), allows the old self to die in us. Many times the death throes of the old self is a painful process of trials, temptations and tribulations because the old self (flesh) wants you back. But in the long run it's so worth it to stay on that narrow path and let the Lord reborn you into a new creature in Christ.

How To Test And Discern The Spirits
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world. You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. They are of the world. Therefore they speak as of the world, and the world hears them. We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.”
I John 4:1-6 NKJV
If you have repented of your sins and you have accepted Jesus Christ our Savior into your life, you are now anointed with His Holy Spirit. But most Christians do not really understand exactly what this means or even know to allow the Holy Spirit to guide them in their life. Some have asked what is the Holy Spirit and how do I even know that He is even with me? So allow me now to explain. First you must understand that it is the Spirit’s job to change your heart and to make you Holy and He does this by purifying and sanctifying your heart in God’s truth. But in order for this to occur you must now do your part and you must surrender your will to the Spirit and you must allow Him to teach and to guide you. Sadly, this is where the majority of Christians fail and go astray because they end up being deceived by the devil, since they lack understanding of how to test and discern the Spirits. So what is your Spirit and just how do you even test it? God told us how in 1 John 4:1-6.
When God uses the term Spirit you have to now ask yourself, what exactly is it that makes you do the things that you do. Take a moment and think about what it is that motivates you throughout your day? When you wake up in the morning, what makes you decide to do the things that you are going to do on that particular day? Some things you do out of habit or maybe you follow a daily routine, but others things you do are coming from these suggestions that just seem to pop up in your mind. This thought process that is making these suggestions to you is either pushing you to do something or it is telling you to forget it. And when you get these suggestions you usually either go and act on them or you just end up rejecting the idea. So what is this thing that has you making certain choices and decisions throughout your day. THIS IS YOUR SPIRIT.
Next you need to understand that some of these thoughts or suggestions that run through our minds are from God while others are from the devil, who rules this evil fallen world. Once you have accepted Jesus into your life you now have His Holy Spirit inside of you and so your thoughts and His thoughts are now one, which means that you and Jesus are now united in your Spirit. In the past you may have had times that it seemed like you were talking to yourself in your thoughts, but since you now possess the Holy Spirit, you now need to believe that God is now communicating with you. Now in order to hear from the Spirit you must have faith, you must believe in this truth and you definitely must be relaxed. So now the next time when you are alone and when everything is peaceful and quiet, ask Jesus a question in your thoughts and then listen for an answer. Make sure that you phrase your question in such a way that it can only be answered with a simple yes or a no. Your Spirit will now answer you and you will either feel or hear the reply.
Once your Spirit gives you the yes or no answer to your question you then need to test whether you were hearing from the Spirit of God or from a demon Spirit. You must do this with every question that you ask from God because you need to make sure that the answer that you received was correct. How you go about testing the Spirits is simply by asking in your thoughts “Did Jesus come in the flesh.” If you hear yes then it was the Spirt of God who answered you and if you hear a no then it was some demon spirit who is trying to deceive you. If you hear a yes to “Did Jesus come in the flesh” then the answer to the question that you asked is correct (truth). If you hear a no to “Did Jesus come in the flesh” then the answer that you received to your question is a lie (error) and so this means that your answer is the opposite of what you originally heard.
Here is an example. If I ask, Dear Jesus am I saved and I hear a yes and then I ask Did Jesus come in the flesh and hear yes again, this means that I heard directly from God. If I ask, Dear Jesus am I saved and I hear a no and then I ask Did Jesus come in the flesh and I hear no again, this means that I am hearing the voice of a demon who is trying to deceive me and so my answer to am I saved is actually yes. Now let’s say I ask, Dear Jesus was Martin Luther King Jr saved and I hear a yes and then I ask “Did Jesus come in the flesh” and I hear a no this means that a demon is trying to get me to believe that he was saved but he actually was not and so the correct answer from God would be that Martin Luther King Jr was not saved. So now if you rephrase your question and ask, so Jesus are you telling me that Martin Luther King Jr was not saved, you will hear a yes and when you follow up with “Did Jesus come in the flesh,” you will hear a yes again. I used Martin Luther King Jr as an example because I did ask the Lord about him and I was surprised when He told me that he was not saved. This got me wondering why and so I did some research on him. One of the things that King Jr taught was that there were different paths to our salvation besides Jesus Christ. WRONG! So now think about this, you have many people here on earth honoring a man who God considered evil and wicked. This is an example of how the Holy Spirit will reveal to you His truth and why this world is so mixed up and evil. By the way here I s just one of the articles that I found on Martin Luther King Jr. Was Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. a Christian?
The more you do this the closer you will get with God and the more knowledgeable you will become. You can ask if someone you encounter knows how to discern the Spirits or not. You can ask if someone believes or not and you can even ask if someone was saved or not. How is this possible you may ask? Because you are communicating directly with Jesus who knows what dwells inside everyone’s heart and you are talking with the Spirit of truth. So now as you are reading scripture start asking Jesus every time that you have a question. The more often you ask the faster you will learn. Remember this though, God is looking for you to seek the wisdom and He is not going to automatically give you the knowledge. You will not be given long responses to your questions and this is why you have to be very specific in what you ask and how you phrase your question. You have to desire the wisdom and seek it from Him yourself and certain questions are definitely off limits. You cannot ask God about future things and you cannot ask any questions that would be testing Him. If you do you will always hear the wrong response and then you will know not to go there again.
One woman that I taught told me that she was surprised at how often she heard a no when she asked “Did Jesus come in the flesh” and she said that she did not realize just how deceiving the devil actually can be. I told her that is absolutely correct and this is why many believers go astray and why they will eventually perish. She then mentioned that it seemed like she was hearing the answers to her questions even before she asked them and so I sent her this scripture. “It shall come to pass That before they call, I will answer; And while they are still speaking, I will hear.” Isaiah 65:24 NKJV. Her response was a simple, WOW
So start believing that you can test the Spirits and stop allowing the devil to deceive you into believing the lies that he has fabricated all throughout this world. Spend your time understanding how to communicate directly with Jesus and just watch how your life will change as you grow in the knowledge and the wisdom of the Lord. I also guarantee that you will experience some amazing things as you learn from Jesus and hopefully you will become one of the few, who enters through the narrow gate.

Narrow is the way dear sister i totaly understand exactly what u are talking about when we are goin through spiritual surgery it hurts but sometimes we have to endure the painful process of sanctification the Lord didn't promise it would be easy so blessed by your testimony today say hello to rav and maniya we love you all here in the states and most of all Jesus loves you be blessed

When I was younger I had always said I didn’t want children or to be married but the Lord has other plans for me and now I have a beautiful son and a loving husband Praise be to the Lord Jesus!! He is Good all the time!!

That was me-in reverse! 🙈 When I came to the Lord, I wanted to marry and go into motherhood straightaway! To grow a family and tend a household (and busy myself SO much that I couldn’t possibly have the time or energy needed to deal with the issues in my life and heart that the Lord was _absolutely, positively_ GOING to bring front and center 🤭😳)
Years later I can now see how I too was operating out of fear and desired to use these titles and gifts as a defense to hide behind in order to avoid allowing Him into the hidden parts of my heart. And how truly unprepared I wouldve been and how unfair it would’ve been to the family I desired if I’d been given what I craved then!
I’m still single and don’t know what the future holds but I’m so grateful for the Lords wisdom and kindness...How gently He grows us 😌❤️ 🌾
You have no idea what an encouragement you are to me. My feelings about the U.K. have always been so hopeless, since all I've ever seen is the massive anti-Christian atheism of all the people on the BBC television and the old, dead/dying depiction of the churches there. I ached for the UK because it just seems so utterly lost. Hearing you and seeing the Lord so obviously at work in YOU and how vibrant you are in Him ... it gives me such hope that he's not abandoning your land, and that's just so encouraging to me. I feel so broken and there is so much stuff and emotions from my past that comes up and I'm very confused right now. It's a mix of hope, fear, doubt etc. I will go to christian therapy because I know I can't deal with it on my own and need help from other believers. Similar thing happen to me... As i was praying i began to cry because i was remembering how sinful i was, i am! And remembering how wicked i behaved, the things I've done, the way i acted yet in spite of that pursued my heart and deemed my soul good enough from the beginning, he opened the veil so i can see.. See myself for who i am, a sinner but also see him for who he is, a king who is seated at the right hand of power! And i began to pleaed for his mercy and his grace and i know im not good enough and i thank him i dont have to be because he saved me and sanctified me not by my own doing but by his sons, Christ Jesus.. And i take his righteousness over my own, completely! I always say "God to this day you're the only one who can bring me to tears.."
Not of tears of sorrow but tears of joy and repentance because the weight of what he's done becomes to clear to me, the pain and the cross that stood Before him and he died for me.. Yet im not worthy to remove the sandals from his feet... He is worthy.

It seems from Scripture, that God places such a bigger premium on our spiritual well being than our physical. "What is seen is transient but the things that are unseen is eternal"- 2 Cor.4:18 (ESV) We should continue to be built from the inside, which will affect every other outflow from us. So many woman/people (including myself) just completely shut the door on romance or desires of a God glorifying relationship because they fear past trauma and don’t want to take responsibility for things they did also.
‘My relationships have never been good, therefore I don’t want them at all.’ I’ve caught myself having so many self pitying tantrums over such things.

Isn't is so amazing that no matter how many times the devil tries to get us to fall, and even sometimes succeeds in us falling, once we've given our lives and our hearts to Him, He ALWAYS manages to turn it around for His will and glory. Often its something We have to be willing to See or realize and understand it in for us to receive His gift, but no matter if we are willing to learn from it or not, He nonetheless always gives us the opportunity. I fell into sin recently and the Lord turned it around completely by me finally understanding profoundly some things regarding that particular sin that I had not understood before. And when you think about how God really is above Everything and how even the devil need to get His permission to even mess with you, all because He already knows the beginning to the end, well... The great thing about God is that he works on us in stages. At first, he fills us up with grace mercy and love; answering most all our prayers. But as we walked closer to him he will demands us to leave the things that hinder.
The demons of the past would always visit me for instance. I have a parent that was abusive and I witness domestic violence, extreme alcoholism and drug us. It has scarred me for the last 36 years. Because of all I experience, I was very angry even after I had been born again for 20 years. If anyone verbally malign me or belittle me in any way; I would be incredibly aggressively defensive.
The Lord should me in a vision after taking a intense bible study program. The Lord showed me at a long stone wall that was 7 feet heigh and circular. There was a tree next to the wall and a huge split in the wall that caused a gap to open and fall down. I was in front of the split guarding it. I had a large sword and anyone( friend or foe) who came near, I would start swinging. The Lord Jesus walked up to me and said, I’m not here to harm you. Put it down, because where we are going you can’t take that with us. The Lord showed me that the sword was my anger. He showed me how completely broken I was and how much I needed him. Sense then, there has been a lot of healing.
The mercy of the Lord is deep and the grace of God is wide. The love of Jesus is unfathomable. Why he loves the least is beyond me. Why he puts up with my weakness shows his grace all the more. No matter how how much I screw up, the hounds of his mercy never fail.
You are being transformed from glory to glory. Its uncomfortable but more than worth it.
Hey love you're doing your best and God always knows the stuff no one else sees, let the past go its got nothing to do with your future everyone has a front unfortunately I lost my dad in February and it took him to be dying to squeeze out I love you, so talk about a screwed up past and emotions it never stops to get you down if you let it, but also know God does never force us into anything so watch out for what is true and what is false x

I recently went through a depression based on my survivals and exclusions from different functions here in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. However, Jesus Christ did remind me how much he loved me and how I will be included in the Rapture and to not give up hope. Thank you so much Abba Father for your Son the Lord Jesus Christ. Luckily, I have overcame my depression and waking up early again happy to be alive. Persecution and exclusion for being a Christian with good morals and values is very painful in this life, but Jesus Christ warned up about this.
Thanks so much for reminding me today that the lord is gonna finish his work in me and i need to trust in his power and be patient and seek him !! Understanding our brokenness, shame, and needs, these are the most incredible things for recognising about ourselves and it is helpful to understand which area is functioning as an obstacle in relationship with God. It is painful, but we must take it as a step for closer to Him, He will absolutely help us!!

But Matthew 7:7 ask and it will be given to you. Galatians 6:7 we reap what we sow. Etc.
I feel the “The secret” is true in a biblical sense, in what we think in our minds can come to be. It’s just twisted into a worldly way for masses without the ultimate eternal goal of Jesus.

That's what I want. Live transparently. I've been asking God to expose what's in my heart, but certain things I'm just too traumatized to bring up. I want to, but my reflex is to hide so I'm still burdened by a lot 😅 In heaven there is no shadow so like I want to also practice that on Earth, being transparent is freeing.
God leads us into middle of the fear to grow us. He leads us into the areas where our fear dwells and He says “Do you trust Me?” And even if you can’t FEEL it choose to affirm what you know of God with your mouth. And so answer again and again “I trust You in this place. I trust You with my brokenness.”

This is a verse that helped me in many situations.
I've not been able to discern properly what was from the enemy and what was from God in the past, in daily spirituality. It's helpful to hear someone with discernment giving their experience. Instead of the try it and see approach, I would love to be able to have concrete knowledge before hand of if its sent to test me or if it's meant to be clear direction from him.
My husband is battling porn addiction while I deal with the trauma of his porn addiction. It is something that will never go away...I will always have the wound but all wounds heal as long as they arent opened again.

That was a wonderful, from the heart, self reflective; mining the depths of your soul while realizing you've only cracked the surface, wholly honest testimony! Bravo!
We like things in nice little packages don't we, predictable, formulaic, routine and linear because it appeals to our limited knowledge and understanding and it really feels like we're doing the heavy lifting and in control while God is sitting back, watching and observing our great gains and strides, applauding our efforts and quite enamored with our progress, err...that is until we realize that we're actually doing oh so little, no matter how much we do and He is still doing all of the heavy lifting! This I think is captured so well in Psalm 139. God saw our whole life lived out before we were even born and He fashioned us to live that life that culminates in being with Him. By the way, that culmination is a marriage. Jesus is the groom and the church the Bride. Earthly marriage is an institution to shed light on our spiritual marriage with God!
Romans 8:28 also captures a bit of this essence, that is I mean the lifting part! Is it not God that is arranging behind the scenes that always brings us into His court where we see our grotesqueness, fall upon our face, weep and plead for forgiveness and change?
You've just experienced this and you will many more times, but you will also experience great joy and victory as well as the sweetness of being used to help guide the lost sheep into His kingdom. No doubt you already have experienced this!
More on all of this later, but I just wanted to get an initial word of encouragement in. One last bit before I go; dear, sweet lady...you already are in His kingdom, saved and set free, you just haven't experienced the finality of it, but according to Him...you're home!

*Not even Satan can take you out of God's salvation! Oh He will endlessly try, but he's deceived in thinking he can! Alas, he cannot and never will!
