It probably won't. While going after some really tall weeds, some got wrapped around the head and it ended up stripping off the motor. I tried fixing it, but it was all melted and was never really balanced and ended up burning up the bearings and/or motor. I'm thinking of taking the battery and attaching it to a black and decker chainsaw that I was given
